Dumbledore though, already seemed to be awaiting his good friend. Severus placed Lily onto a globus he transfigured into a sofa and came to Albus.
,,She's dead, Albus! She's fucking dead!" Severus started hyperventilating. This was bringing memories of the night James and Lily were killed. This was the first time in 18 years he swore.
,,Severus you had to expect it would happen. What did you do with her corpse?"
,,I've put it into Lily's coffin. I wouldn't be able to hold a funeral for Leonore." Snape leaned onto the staircase and sobbed into his arm.
,,You did well, Severus. I'm proud of you. Excuse me though. I need to obliviate every student. That's your cue to leave and hide Lily somewhere. Make sure to keep her in a dark room, in case she went feral."
,,Of course, Albus." Severus said as he took Lily into his hands.
,,Do not obliviate Potter and Malfoy, also Granger and Ronald Weasley. They have to know what happened tonight."
,,I would not dream of it, Severus."
As soon as Severus was walking through the hallway, he heard Dumbledore's voice echoing in the halls.
,,Students, please gather in the dining hall as a certain event needs to be explained. I repeat, students, gather in the dining hall as a certain event needs to be explained!"
Snape was quick to apparate into his house. This was the safest place for Lily now. He took her to a basement, put her in the darkest corner and casted refraining spells. He refrained her from moving her limbs completely. He then levitated her body onto a bed he transfigured from an old book and covered her with a blanket transfigured from a dying plant.
He had to wait for 24 hours to see if Lily would become an undead, feral monster or not.
Meanwhile the students garthered at the dining hall.
,,Harry James Potter, Hermione Jean Granger, Ronald Bilius Weasley and Draco Lucius Malfoy. You four, are dismissed." Dumbledore said while silently locking the doors and looking at the staff memebers next to him. Minevra and Slughorn, Madame Hooch, Madame Pomfrey, Sirius, Lupin, Hagrid, Aitíttos, Nosferatos and Trelawney.
They all, except for Dumbledore, took out their wands.
,,Obliviate." They all said in unision.
And just like that a bunch of students were shifted into a oblivious mindset towards anything that happened today.
