Natalie

My face was frozen in a state of shock, nervousness, relief and happiness all at once. I'm pretty sure I didn't say anything due to the fact that Kendall was, once again, waving his hand in front of my face.

"It seems like every time I'm around you, you get all frozen stiff." Kendall laughed, but it was a mixture of nervousness and happiness. I didn't look up at him, I kept my eyes down towards my feet. My right arm trailed up to my left and started scratching my forearm on instinct. Finally, I looked up at Kendall and saw him staring at me.

"What?" I asked, completely random. Well, it wasn't random considering I saw him staring from the corner of my eye. He shook his head, his eyes leaving mine. I cocked my head to the side, wondering why he was staring at me. "I was just going to say, um, this movie is playing and I wanted to take you." He reached in his pocket and pulled out two tickets for a movie. I looked closer at the tickets and saw what the movie was. It was a romantic type of movie, which is so modern, but also very romantic.

"Wow, I'm flattered that you want to take me." I laughed, throwing my hand to my chest. He sent a half smile and stuck the tickets back in his pocket. He pulled his hand out and intertwined it with mine, making my heart skip a thousand beats. I think he noticed me blushing like a tomato.

"You're cute when you blush Natalie." I started to blush even more. The way that Kendall treats me is so unbelievably adorable. Of course I treat him back with the same respect, who wouldn't? We walked into the lobby and saw that Bitters and Katie were standing by the vending machine bickering about nonsense. Katie looked frustrated while Bitters kept throwing back laughs at her frustration. I feel bad that Bitters is so rude to her, and she's so young, which I don't understand why he can't be the slightest bit nice to her.

James and Logan were tackling each other once we walked into their apartment, or should I say funhouse. That's literally what it looked like to me. A funhouse. The boys noticed us and quickly jumped up from the floor as if nothing ever happened. James and Logan laughed nervously, trying to play off what they thought we didn't see.

"If you guys are done with your monkey business, let's go down to the pool. I'm in deep need of it." I breathed out, turning to face Kendall. He nodded with me and told me to get my swimsuit on then he would meet me down by the pool.

As I headed down towards the pool, Jo yanked me behind a curtain. "Have you noticed Kendall's behavior towards you?" She hissed, not trying to be mean. I raised an eyebrow in utter confusion. Kendall was acting just fine around me, subtracting all the parts of him being nervous or scratching his forearm. She sighed, then slightly moved the curtain so we could both see the guys.

"He likes you. Haven't you noticed this? Look at the way he acts with his best friends compared to the way he acts with you." I squinted my eyes at Kendall, realizing that Jo was right. He acts all goofy with the guys, but when it comes to me, he's all adorable and nervous.

"There's no way he likes me. If anything, he likes anyone but me." I scoffed. She wheeled me around and grabbed hold of my shoulders. "Open your eyes Natalie. He's totally crushing on you. Why would he ask you to the movies then?" Her eyes widened and looked behind me. I didn't even have time to turn around because I heard James behind me.

"Why are you guys hiding and being suspicious behind the curtain? You guys aren't very secretive." James said, pulling the curtain completely back, exposing all of us to Kendall, Logan and Carlos. I slapped my forehead and walked away from them towards the rest of the guys.

The only thing that was on my mind right now was Kendall and Jo. Could Jo be right? She couldn't be. Kendall couldn't want me, could be? Out of all the pretty girls at Palm Woods, Kendall was leaning towards me. I don't know how he did it, but he certainly did grow on me.

"Natalie. Hello, Natalie? Natalie!" My eyes opened back to reality, Carlos standing a foot in front of me. He had his helmet on, like always. I repeatedly opened and closed my eyes to make sure I was in reality. Sadly, I was.

"Ever since you left Jo, your mind seemed to be elsewhere. What's going on? Talk to me." Carlos grabbed me and set me down on their couch. I couldn't choke out the words, or the words in the right form. Everything just seemed to be a blur, from being at Palm Woods, working at Rocque Records, to meeting Big Time Rush.

"Kendall." That's all that came out of my mouth.

He raised an eyebrow. "What about him?" I took a deep breath and opened my mouth to spill everything to his best friend. I knew Carlos well enough to know that he wouldn't dare to repeat what I said to anyone.

"I like him."
