Chapter 4

Walking back from the principal's office you headed to the classroom. You kinda made a dramatic entrance by aggressively slamming the doors open, even though those doors are heavy as fuck. All heads once again turned towards you.

"i-  um..sorry about that.." You awkwardly said.

You went to sit back at your desk, everyone's heads following you until you sat down.

"Why are you back?"  Aizawa said.

"Uhh, Nez- I mean Mr.Principal, let me out without the detention." 

He stared at you for a while. 

"Seriously, you can ask him yourself!"

"Alright,  I'll believe you...for now at least."

You heaved a sigh of relief, and relaxed in your chair, actually paying attention to class this time.

The bell rang sooner than you anticipated which was nice, then you grabbed your stuff and headed out for lunch.

Assuming that you gonna eat alone as usual you grabbed your stuff and started making your way to the rooftop.

"Hold up bro!"

You turned around to identify where the voice was coming from, it's Kaminari.

"What do you need?" you asked.

"You wanna come and eat lunch with me and the squad?"he replied.

"Squad?" 

"Lemme see, there's Bakugou...Kirishima...um..Sero as well as Mina and me!"

Wait, he invited me to come and eat with him and several other people, when he's never asked this entire school year.

"I guess...I mean sure why not?"

"awesome!"

You followed Kaminari to the cafeteria,  full of people, making you a little uneasy.

Kirishima caught you and Kaminari's attention by waving in you direction. Sero moved out of the seat to let you in, you scooted in, with Kaminari and Sero following you. Leaving Mina right in front of you.

You, visibly uneasy, just fidgeted and avoided eye contact as everyone started talking. 

"Hey Adachi, you alright?"

You looked up and Mina was eyeing you with concern.

"Oh yea, I'm fine, sorry I'm just not used to sitting and eating with people."

See you were fine if you were stared at in class or laughed at etc. , but when it comes down to a small group and all of them you don't want to disappoint and actually like them, you just kinda shut down and sit there... kinda looking like a creep.

"No no it's fine! I was just worried we were making you uncomfortable!" 

You gave her a smile.

"Now come on what you waiting for!, eat your food ya dork!"

Time seemed to fly by, you were talking with everyone and actually started to feel like part of a friend group for once, of course Bakugou being grumpy as usual, Kirishima talking about his manliness, etc.

Before you knew it, the bell rang notifying everyone their lunch break was over.

Wow did an hour go by that fast? 

 You were upset and whining about having to go to class, but for once you were happy and got to end your day off on a good note.

Things are finally started to work out for me.

I'm so happy.

Then of course your brain had to ruin your cheery mood and remember you were working with Todoroki, the man that allegedly hates you for gods know why. 

"GOD DAMMIT!" 

Hi I'm sorry for taking so long, i'm very forgetful lol, but thank you so much for supporting me all the way through. I get scared that you guys, girls, or nonbinary pals would get bored and run out of patience and get tired of my stories and hate me. I appreciate all of you as individuals thank you for everything:)
