Chapter 12: Reunion with the former of the Golden Red's leader

He's surprised, "Help? What kind of help?"

Just then, neither of them answered his question. Glen Zhang felt a little bit awkward afterwards, "Ermm, you didn't really meant that aren't you?"

"John will explain everything to you." Lawson's replied him instead.

"Ehmm.."

"First, step out from the cell. We'll talk to somewhere more comfortable." John said.

"O-Okay.."

Quha steps forward to his side and says, "After you."

At Sky Empire.

"What??" Glen Zhang's expression became darkened. "Is that true?"

John Yun nods, " Yes, however, we still didn't know where they're taking them."

Zhang clenching his fist tightly, "How could this happened.." He muttered himself in anger.

"Mr Zhang.." A deep voice suddenly blurted out. Zhang lifts his head up, "Y-Yes.."

"I have learned that you've been in contact with them before, with this organization?"

"Yes, I was.."

"So, you must've known where their base is, am I correct?"

Zhang hesitated, "I hope my memory doesn't disappoint me.."

"Hmm.." Lawson crossed his arms with skeptical look. "You can't remember?"

"I'm not sure.."

John suddenly intervene, "Doctor said he'll be experiencing some part of memory lost because of trauma effect.." Learning this, Lawson finally nods, "I see.."

"But I can assure you, I will find them till the end of the world." Zhang said with firm look on his face, the face that will surely bear anything that he would be facing even it is meant to sacrifice his life.

"Fine then.. we will cooperate as John has said earlier. I trusted John's judgement on this..even though, I don't really 100% agreed to 'this'.." Lawson meant about the fact that Zhang will be leading this operation, currently held a title as a 'criminal'.

John nods, "You can trust on us. We trust you to let you handle the media, state's affairs and the election's matters."

"I will.." Then Lawson and Quha left the room shortly.

After they had left, John and Zhang proceed to discuss their plan a little bit longer.

As the moon set beautifully up the sky, John and Zhang still in the middle of their discussion. Not long after that, John remembered something. "Wait."

Zhang looked puzzled, "What's wrong?"

John didn't answer him yet instead he find a laptop and put on the desk. "I think we can track them with this." Zhang immediately asks, "What do you mean?"

"You still can't remember well, right?" John said that while his fingers busy on his laptop.

Zhang felt significantly guilty, "I'm.. I'm trying.."

"I know.."

After some moment, something appears on the screen. It's a video outside the Spring Royal from the water fountain.

"Here, see if you can recognize anything in this video."

It's a secret surveillance technology that John Yun had installed by himself after he built their house when Luca Bax was assigned to install the surveillance system on every part of the house apart from this one.
