Chapter 5: His Sister Was Back

(3rd Person POV)
[Police Department, Ebbot City]

"The X-Events"

Everyone paused at the statement, they all looked at the 90's skeleton wide-eyed and with shock, had they not realize it either? Who was behind it all?

"I think I solved the case here-", the young 90's skeleton re-adjusted his glasses again before the screen changed to an adult skeleton, he had a crack coming from his left eye, and down to his mouth, another crack came from his right eye, up to the back of his skull.

But...

The adult had the X-Events symbol in his pinpricks...

It was glowing purple, and the skeleton was also smiling devilishly...

"This is... X!Gaster", the 90's skeleton stated looking up at the screen and at X!Gaster, his usual smile turned to a frown, "He is known to have 'followers' by his side, his motive for all this? Purification", Fresh explains to the units, curiosity filled their eyes.

"And, I might know who these so called 'followers' are, better yet, their main three", his frown turned to a smile yet again, "They are-", the screen changed to three pictures, a skeleton with a red scar on his right cheek below his eye, a more humain version of the skeleton, and a white skinned human with skeletal eyes and (h/c) hair.

"Cross Peñaloza, X!Chara Peñaloza, and lastly-", Fresh bit his bottom 'lip', hesitation filling his soul, before he spoke once more, "(Y/n)... Cq", the unit froze, they looked at Fresh in shock, the young skeleton took a glance at his older brothers, the eldest was staring in disbelief, and the younger glitchy one looked mad and had a glint of disbelief.

"NO FUNKING WAY FRESH!", a certain glitchy skeleton shouted mad in disbelief to his own younger brother, his figure standing up and his hands clenching into fists of anger, the younger brother bit his bottom 'lip', "Calm down, Error", a voice said calmly, the glitchy skeleton looked to the source of the calm voice, Error saw Ink, the head of the SWAT Police Department.

The black glitch skeleton gave out a glitched 'tch' and sat back down with his arms crossed, muttering something under his breath as the young skeleton in front continued to talk about a plan, he went through every single detail of it, not missing any part of the plan.

[Police Department, Ebbot City]

After the meeting, Fresh decided to make it up to his brothers for scaring them so much with some donuts and coffee at Starbucks.

"Welcome to Starbucks, what can I get you three?", a client on duty greeted them with a warm and kind smile, she was holding a pen and a notepad, ready to take the brothers' orders.

"Yo, can we get a rad cup of Chocolatte, and-", the youngest 90's turned to his oldest brothers, a sign of him asking his brothers what they wanted, "I'll take a Frapuccino please", the eldest ordered for his coffee, "I want some Black Coffee, no sugar, no milk", the glitched, black brother ordered with a blunt look on his face.

They soon sat on a table, next to them, was the outside, but with a glass dividing the two places,  keeping them apart yet still one.

The second youngest, Error, looked out the glass, many people were walking, chatting, and playing, but a group caught his eye, there, stood a young girl, very young, with her three older brothers.

"Be careful Elys!", who Error presumed to be the eldest advised who the glitchy skeleton presumed to be the little girl, "Of course big bro!", the little girl sang out cheerfully, she ran around her brothers with joy, laughing along with them.

-flashback-

"Don't go too far kids! Be careful!", a mother with pink hair shouted out to her children, advising them to stay safe, while watching her beautiful angels run around in joy, playing games and having fun.

She was watching her kids play, counting their numbers and names to check if they were safe.

One, Geno.

Two, Error.

Three, Fresh.

Three kids, three?

The mother then felt a tug on her shirt, she looked to the direction it came from to see her youngest child, her beautiful little girl standing next to her, shyly looking at her mother.

"Why aren't you playing with your brothers (Y/n)?", the kind mother asked her daughter, picking her up and setting her daughter on her lap, the young little girl shook her head, "I don't wanna fall", the girl whispered a reason to her mother.

The motherly pinked haired female brushed her daughter's hair with her hand, "Don't worry too much sweetie, all that matters is having fun, now go have some fun", the mother figure, CQ, gave a word of advice to her young daughter, (Y/n).

"Come on sis! Let's play Pirates!", a non-glitchy, young Error called out to his sister, (Y/n) looked at her mother's eyes as if she was asking for permission, which made the mother nod while smiling before placing her daughter on her feet and mouthing 'Go'.

(Y/n) happily nodded and ran to her brothers with joy, as they played and played for hours, having fun and having a blast, forgetting all worries.

-flashback end-

The glitchy skeleton smiled at the memory, it was a good one, he really enjoyed those times of laughter.

It felt as if...

His sister was back...
