Chapter 17

Chapter 17:

When we arrived at the Starbucks we ordered our stuff then waited for our food to arrive as we sat down. They called my name and I got our orders and handed everybody their breakfast we sat down and ate while talking.

Stella: hey, does anybody have a laptop?
Kyle: who carries a laptop?
Molly: I do

She took out her bag and handed it over to me.

Stella: this is an iPad
Molly: still the same thing right
Stella: true...
Natasha: why do you need a computer?
Stella: I need to check if it's absolutely deleted
Molly: trust me it's all deleted
Stella: hey you'll never know, someone could have saved and put it back up again

With that I got onto the internet and went to the school website.

Stella: uh-oh...
Molly: uh-oh, what?
Stella: are you sure you shut it down?
Molly: positive
Stella: no you didn't

Everybody came over behind me and looked at it.

Natasha: that's impossible, I thought you deleted it
Molly: I guess somebody find out the school website was down and turn it back on
Stella: who uploaded this anyways?

Kyle: probably somebody in school
Stella: great I have a stalker at my own school, and now we're all probably gonna get suspended

Natasha: whose this we business, this is all on you since it was your idea remember. I can't get into trouble again, I made a promise to my dad

Stella: some cousin you're

Natasha: sorry but this cousin wanna live to be a rock-star

Molly: I'm sorry Stel, I guess I wasn't careful enough

Stella: no I'm sorry, I'm the one that got you guys in trouble, I will be the one to get us out of it.

Alena: Stella you don't have to do this alone, we're family and we are sticking it to the man together, nobody is getting left behind, right guys?

Other: uh...

Alena: *glares at them* right guys!

Others: right!
Natasha: but what if they already found out?
Stella: good point, but then the principle would of found out sooner
Kyle: maybe he didn't maybe we just got lucky
Stella: yeah maybe, I don't know

I said putting away her iPad in her bag and they all patted me on the shoulder and we just sat there quietly waiting for this day to be over already.

When we finish eating we talk for a bit before heading back to the school on our back. When I got my back, I got a phone call from my daddy and I answered it and said.

Stella: hi daddy, what's up?
Nick: don't hi daddy me
Stella: Dad, what's going on?

Everyone looked at me concerned and held up my finger to stop them. .

Nick: your bodyguard told me that you guys never showed up at the school
Stella: yeah we did
Nick: really? Because he called and told me he waited for you guys at the front of the school and didn't see you guys walk out of the building
Stella: ohh right, we came from the back

Nick: why?
Stella: we were doing something personal... but don't worry daddy we're on our way back to the school because we just had our breakfast at Starbucks
Nick: oh okay, but next time don't leave without a bodyguard, it's for you and your cousin safety

Stella: dad I'm fine, my cousins were their to look out for me, there's nothing to worry about

Nick: alright, well I'll see you after school alright? Remember today is Friday
Stella: don't worry daddy, I didn't forget. I'm just glad you didn't forget
Nick: please why would I forget meeting the boy that made my daughter skip school
Stella: trust me daddy he's a really nice guy once you get to know him better. I know you and his dad had a falling out together, but he's not like his father at all
Nick: uh-huh
Stella: bye daddy
Nick: bye baby girl

I hung up after we said our goodbyes, and gave my cousins and friends thumbs up on the all good and we got on our bikes and headed off to the school.

Molly: who was that?
Stella: my dad, I totally forgot that we were suppose to meet the social service

Molly: well we better hurry then

We stopped talking and hurried our ride back to the school to meet up with the social service.
