Evin reached one of the walls and saw it was taller then he expected, he turned seeing them coming for him, he ran to the left jumping over a dumpster and pushed a gate open backing up as he slammed it shut, he turned and ran over jumping the fence. He landed in another yard seeing a small family, a little girl, and her two parents, but he kept running and jumped the other side of the fence getting into another yard, he stopped and leaned against the fence panting. He heard the guards jump over the fence so Evin kept running jumping over the next fence getting onto the street, he looked around seeing the gate that was letting people into the base, he started walking over before getting pulled into a small alley and behind a dumpster Evin struggled and got out of the grip of Andrew, Mike went to the edge of the tight alley and looked around.

''Relax ok, I just wanna know what happened.'' Andrew asked, Evin stared at him panting ''I thought you said she didn't know.'' Andrew sat back against the building behind him ''She didn't.'' Evin sat up and hid behind the trash can as the guards ran past while Mike started walking back ''She said you didn't let anyone come near me when you brought me in, that made her suspicious, she asked if I was infected then concluded that I am immune.'' Evin whispered looking at him ''She didn't give me a chance to explain myself, the reason I ran fist, was because I felt threatened.'' Andrew was just giving him confused look ''She said she just wanted to talk, all I said was that you were traumatised and to not say anything about what you were doing out there or mention out wounds, I even said they were just gun shot's and bullet wounds.'' Andrew said looking at him ''I lied, to keep everything about you safe.'' Evin stared at him while Mike stood beside the trash can looking down at him.

''I need to leave.'' Evin said looking at him ''Where's my stuff?'' he asked looking to Andrew who sighed ''Mike, go get his bag and axe.'' he said, Mike walked down the alley they were in and moved some stuff around ''They don't let people who they see important leave.'' Andrew stated looking at Evin ''We're stuck here, I'm a good shot and Mike's a kid.'' Mike came back and gave Evin his bag and axe ''But this place is safer then running around outside.'' Andrew explained ''Once they learn that I helped you they'll kick me out, splitting me and Mike up.'' Mike went to Andrew and sat down next to him.

Evin stared at the two ''How do I leave?'' he asked, Andrew smiled ''You gotta wait till nightfall and climb the wall.'' Andrew explained and got up with Mike ''You are welcome to stay, like, when the guards stop looking, thinking you left, you can stay in our house till you have a better plan then just running outside.'' Andrew stated and handed him a piece of paper ''Plan B, sort of thing.'' Mike said and followed Andrew out of the alley. Evin looked at the paper 'Fourth house on this street, 234' he put his head back and looked at the metal wall beside them, wondering how he would scale that, there were small divot's in the bars holding it all up. He turned and looked forward at the back of a building thinking about the options he had.

He needed to leave, no thinking about it, he peeked around the trash can not seeing anyone, he then heard an alarm then saw people running back to their homes. He needed to get to that hospital, he pulled the hood over his head and got up putting his backpack on but saw he couldn't sneak around with the axe so he left it in the alley and moved out of the alley making a run for the hospital, he entered through the door he had left through and turned keeping his head down seeing nurses walking around, he walked down the hall passing by a nurse who was to busy to notice him.

He entered the room he woke up in and shut the door behind him, he looked around before looking through the drawers, more clothing and to his surprise, a small revolver. He took it and put it in his waistband behind him and covered it with his sweater, he looked through the other's finding some medical supplies which he took and a note. He took it out and shut the drawer he got it from 'Their lying, who ever finds this, Amanda is a joke, nothing she say's makes sense, the only thing I agree with her on is this community, and how it's here to make a new. Re making humanity. Everything else is a lie, finding a cure, not everyone is evil. Has she even been outside?' Evin sighed and crumpled up the note throwing it into the trashcan, he looked around going over to the end table and looked inside seeing a bottle of whiskey and a bible, he took the whiskey and shut the drawer before walking around the bed to the closet, he moved the clothing around before crouching down and looked at the shoes seeing a box.

He pulled out the small box and took the lid off seeing ammo, a folded up map, and more medical supplies, along with a note 'Can't let them find me' repeated over and over again. Evin's eye brows went up and he crumpled it up tossing it to the trash again, he took all the stuff in the box putting it into his bag before picking up the map and put it in as well getting up, once he was done he went tot he hall and looked around seeing that all the nurses and doctor's were gone. He stepped out and walked over to the window peeking outside not worrying since the lights were off in this area of the house. He saw the guards walking around in group's of two, he knew there was no way he was getting around them. He took the small piece of paper out of his pocket moving away from the window ''234.'' he mumbled and sighed putting it away going down the hall and opened a door at the end of the hall stepping out seeing nobody was around.
