Quick A/N
******************
I'm so so sorry for the late update
I was really busy throughout the week
I'm really happy to announce that African Teen already has over 100 reads
Thank You guys so so much.As I said in the last chapter, this chapter will be mostly dialogue, as in, chatting format.
So, basically
Damola's chat will be bold and DM will start it
Juice's chat will be in Italics and JE will start it
Tinuke's chat will also be in Italics and TK will start it
So, that's that.
Enjoy the book

Ok, so first of all
As part of my 'getting comfortable' ritual
I needed music, and not just any song oh, something that would help me think, some music with emotion yunno, midnight music.
So I started contemplating, it would be either Harry Styles' Fine Line, Frank Ocean's Blond or Asa's Lucid
(These are all albums)
So, after a while,
A while was only about ten seconds
I chose Asa's Lucid
Plugged in my earphones
Took a bite of one of my sweet, sweet, doughnuts and put on my phone
God, my eyes hurt!I opened my WhatsApp, I still hadn't replied Juice and my mom
I opened my mom's chat,
Mom:Don't forget to close the doors and windows and pray too, Love YouDM:Love you too mum, hug Demilade for me, good night ma.
(what, she's my mom)That leaves Juice,
JE:Dude, what the hell.
Yeah, I'm not replying him yet. He's probably busy with a girl anyway
A text notification pops up
Its from Tinuke, (open it, shall we?)TK:I'm sorry I didn't text on time, I'm so sorry😢
DM:It's cool, you might have been busy or something.
TK:No, it isn't, I wasn't busy, I didn't like know what to send to you as a first message
DM:Seriously, if I was the one with your number, I wouldn't know what to text too, besides you went with the best one already,
"Hi", so it's cool, really.
TK:Thanks so much for understanding Damola.
DM:It's nothing, how have you been?
TK:I've been good, I mean there's school and all, but everything's good, how bout you?And as I'm about to reply her text, a message notification from Juice pops up, I sha open it.
JE:I know you saw the message oh and ya still online, so, WHAT THE HELL!
DM:Baba, chill na, how far
JE:I'm not far, don't greet me, what was the stunt with Amber about na?
DM:Guy you know I was just joking
(Crap, I still haven't replied Tinuke).I quickly rush to her chat and type,
DM:Same here, school seems to be more stressful I guess, you know, SS3,being a prefect, exams and stuff.
Takes a while till she replies, nothing from Juice either, then it comes in, messages from two of them
I open Tinuke's own first.TK:I know right?, with JAMB on the way too, double the stress
DM:Basically, bottom line is school sucks.Hit send, go to Juice's message
JE:I'll just tell her I canceled the party and we can both just go out, alone
DM:Great, works for both of us man
JE:I'll still get back at ya
DM:I'd like to see you try eh😂😂
JE:Whatcha listening to
(How does he know I'm listening to music?)
DM:Lucid
JE:ASA
DM:Yup
JE:Nicee
DM:How bout you whatcha listening to?
JE:Music to be murdered by
DM:Eminem, interesting
