Considering it was the day before New Years, Milky Tea Entertainment was still almost hilariously busy.

The dance rooms were completely occupied, the trainees absorbing as much information as they could from the instructors. The nosies and thuds from the wooden floors and boards being stepped on repeatedly could be heard from outside the area a fair distance away.

The sweat levels never backed down and the demand for water bottles and energy drinks only increased as the day went on. It was certainly surprising to see almost a hundred people going through litres upon litres of water during the Winter season.

Dance teachers almost always had their hands completely full because of the demand of trainees wanting to practise up to the last second; they spent their time flying from one room to the other, trying to effectively and efficiently teach their juniors choreography in a way that made sense to them.

Despite the difficulty, both the dance trainees and teachers kept their energy and encouraged each other to continue working hard.

The vocal and wellness areas weren’t exempt from the liveliness either; sweet, terrific and lovely voices were still heard in the midst of all the noises coming from the dance rooms. The vocal rooms had groups of people practising being in tune with one another, time and time again. The trainees never thought to give up, even as the hours passed and acted as though they were days long.

However, improving mental health and staying at an achievable level in the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of life were more important than singing and even achieving success in a career; Milky Tea’s wellness coaches looked after each and every trainee and idol with equal care and kindness. Relaxing music flowed from the wellness rooms, along with the faint whiff of freshly baked goods to give trainees a sugar rush that would help them with their training.
The wellness area had the building’s very own cafe to thank for the food, however; chefs, baristas and cashiers were all busy making a variety of food and drink for the trainees with money to spare for some food. The place had a great reputation, the food produced from it being a mixture of healthiness and great taste.

The baristas had the hardest job; pouring the contents and keeping the drink at the right temperature was harder than it seemed. It didn’t help that trainees would take breaks a similar times, and because of this they would all order some sort of coffee to keep them awake for the rest of the day ahead. The baristas somehow always managed to create coffee that deserved its praise in the quickest time possible, despite the long lines at certain times.

Most times, trainees would order the special ‘milky tea’ drink, much to the barista’s relief. No one knew what exactly went into the blissful drink, but everyone in the building wanted their hands on the drink because of its delicious taste.

SOOBIN'S P.O.V
I sighed deeply as he looked around the cafeteria and at the long line surrounding it. There should have been allocated times as to when every department came for their snacks and drinks. At least, that’s what I thought to myself as I continued to make coffee and tea for the trainees waiting in line.

Working as a barista at Milky Tea Entertainment didn’t pay the best; however, I still enjoyed working his shifts there, but at times, the amount of people ordering drinks sent me  into overdrive. The trainees always praised and appreciated my careful consideration when working with coffee and also liked the extras I sometimes added into the ‘milky tea’ sold at the cafe, which was something I was grateful for.
