I need you now, tonight. I need you more than ever.

The ground seem to shake beneath Wynnlow's feet, and as if he could hear the world falling apart, a deafening boom roared in the sky above. Wynn looked up, noticing a thick, black cloud exploding in the nearby distance.

Instinctively, he turned to face Bas, sharing a look or horror as they tried to figure out what was going on. Wynnlow picked up his pace, running forward to Nova who had been leading them, hoping she could put together some sort of explanation as to what was happening.

"Please tell me you know what that is." He breathed out, Bas and Lyra coming up behind them.

Nova shook her head. "I don't. But it looks like it's coming from Riders..." She declared, darting forward in it's direction to find out more.

As she came to a stop once again, glancing around the trees to see if it was coming in any other direction, Wynn reached forward and pulled the her radio from the side of bag, taking it into her possession.

"What are you doing?" Nova spat, turning around to glare at him. She attempted to take the radio back from him, but Wynnlow wasn't giving it up without a fight.

"I need to call Sol." He answered, taking a few steps away from the group. "Find out what's going on, if everyone's okay."

Sol hurried to answer her radio, relieved to hear Wynn's voice calling through to her.

"Wynn? Where are you guys? Is everyone alright?"

"Yeah, we're okay." He answered, the signal cutting out, making his voice jump in certain parts. "Do you know what's happened?"

Sol looked at the sky above her, and over to her left where the forest was starting to illuminate with a florescent, burning amber. "There's a fire making it's way to Blood Woods. Something exploded at Riders, but we don't know what it is. Is it safe for you to continue?"

"I think so. The fire doesn't seem to be near us-"

"Wynn, whatever happened, it's already reached the forest. You can't take any chances. Tell Nova to lead you around so you don't get trapped-"

"Okay, okay." Wynnlow murmured down the line, hurrying to calm her down. He could hear how quickly the fear was consuming her - just as quick as the sky dissolved into an ashy grey.

"I hear you." He answers. "We'll meet you near the labs."

Sol sighed, clutching tightly onto the radio. "Alright, but be careful. Riders might already be marching."

There was a moment before Wynn replied, as if something was wrong.

"Riders are what?" He asked, voice full of static - fading.

"Riders are coming!" Sol repeated, not realizing until after she spoke that her message hadn't gone through. The radio hummed in her hand, unable to send out her message, or hear anything in return.

"No... No!" Sol muttered to herself, whacking the back or the radio against her hand, hoping to force it into working again.

She could feel someone approaching, and she looked up amid her desperation, seeing the crushed look on Ares' face.
