Chapter 6: Sans and Papyrus

Michael POV

We finally got out of that inferno! What was wrong with Toriel? And why were her eyes red!?

Dozens of questions filled your mind that you just realized that there was snow!

"S-Snow!? How is t-there snow h-h-here. And I-It's cold.

"Y-Yeah. It's cold." Frisk said shivering.

We walked along the snowy path until we came across a stick. It was too heavy to pick up, so we just left it until...

We both turned our heads to see that the stick was snapped in two, like it was nothing. You then saw something in the trees, but nothing was there. You could've sworn you saw a glimpse of blue.

"D-Did, you see that?" You asked Frisk.

"Um, no. What did you see?" Frisk said.

"I... Nevermind."

You two kept on walking until you got to a gate. It looked like it was supposed to stop you two, but the bars were too wide. You were about to proceed, but a voice suddenly started to speak.

"humans. don't you know how to greet a new pal. turn around and shake my hand."

You two slowly turn around to see a skeleton. He had a blue jacket with his hands in his pockets. He had a permanent smile on his face with two eye sockets with glowing white eyes. He had black shorts with white stripes and was wearing pink slippers.

He put out two hands for you both to shake. You two shook his hands making a sound which sounded like...

"heh, the old whoopee cushion in the hand trick, it's always funny. anyways, you're both humans right? that's hilarious. the names Sans, Sans the skeleton." Sans said with the same permanent smile on his face. "now, my brother Papyrus, he's a human hunting fanatic! hey, I think that's him over there. I have an idea, go through this gate thingy. yeah, go right through, my bro made the bars too wide to stop anybody."

We walked through the gate to see a lamp and Sentry post. "quick! behind that conveniently shaped lamp!" He said pointing at Frisk "and you can just stand here." Sans said with his smile widening.

"Wait-" before you could finish another skeleton came. You stood as still as you could and didn't make a sound. When he started talking you realized how loud he is.

"SANS! THERE YOU ARE! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN YOU LAZYBONES?" Papyrus shouted at  Sans.

"staring at this lamp, it's pretty cool. Wanna look?" Sans said with the same smile.

"NO! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT, WHAT IF A HUMA-" Papyrus finally sees you as his eyes widen. "SANS, IS THAT. A HUMAN!?"

"nah, I think that's just a snowpoff." Sans said pointing at a snowpoff in front of you making Papyrus sad. "but hey, what's that in front of the snowpoff?"

Papyrus gasped as his eyes widened again. "OH MY GOD! IS THAT. A HUMAN!?" Papyrus shouted then coughed. "*ahem* HUMAN! YOU SHALL NOT PASS THIS AREA! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS WILL STOP YOU. CONTINUE, ONLY IF YOU DARE! NYEH HEH HEH!"

Papyrus then ran off in the other direction laughing to himself.

"well, that went better than i thought. now, what are your names?" Sans asked.

"I'm Frisk!" Frisk said happily.

"I-I'm Michael." I said.

"ok. now Frisk, can you come with me. I need to talk with you." Sans said. "and Michael, you stay here. Okay?"

You nodded.

Frisk POV

You followed Sans to the doors that lead into Toriel's burned home. The door was strangely Perfectly fine, so Sans doesn't know.

"alright, who's your friend?" Sans said with a stern face.

"You mean Michael?" You said.

"yes. why is he here, and how did he get here. you can't mess up the timelines by bringing characters from other universes. it'll alter and mess up the timelines." Sans explained.

"welp, he's already here. let's just see what happens next?"
