Jack and you had been dating for nearly a year, and it was getting closer and closer to your anniversary date. Jack had already planned the entire day and there was only a week left. You had picked out a special present for Jack that he would receive the night of your anniversary, but there was another present you got him. A present that a typical couple would have. 

========== 1 Day before your anniversary ========== 

The package had finally arrived, you were ecstatic, you'd been waiting 5 days for it to get there and now it was finally here. You were giving it to Jack the next morning after he slept over. You specifically told Jack he had to bring black skinny jeans and blue converse for the day of your anniversary. You were chuckling to yourself when you heard a knock on the door. You quickly hid the box and scurried downstairs, opening the door. Jack greeted you with a small kiss. 

(Jack - J L= you)

J: Hello beautiful 

L: Hiii baby, I missed you. 

J: I missed you too and I am so excited for tomorrow, it's going to be perfect. I promise. 

You couldn't help but blush, Jack always went over the top when it came to dates. This would be no exception, in fact this would be life altering.

L: Sooo what are we going to spend tonight doing? You smirked knowing exactly what you were going to be spending tomorrow night doing. -wink wink-

Jack smiled picking you up before carrying you and his backpack up the stairs and gently tossing you on the bed.

J: I figured we could watch Romeo and Juliet, then Dear John and then maybe The Notebook if we're still awake.

L: Well aren't you the romantic.

You rolled your eyes and got up changing into a pair of sweats and a tank top then throwing your hair up into a messy bun, and snuggling back in bed while Jack stripped off his shirt and put in the first movie then hit the lights and curled up beside you. You both soon fell asleep.

===== The Next Morning =====

You woke up to Jacks soft whispers

J: Rise and shine beautiful, todays the dayy. Come on bum wake upp. Lauren I'll tickle youu.

L: Im up Im up, no tickles.

You giggled and sat up as Jack set a tray on your lap with the most delicious looking breakfast possible. Pancakes shaped like hearts, chocolate dipped strawberries, a tall glass of orange juice and heart shaped sausage patties.

L: Baby, it looks delicious, thank you.

J: Anything for my love, Happy Anniversary babe.

He leaned down and lightly kissed your forehead.

L: Happy Anniversary baby.

J: I'll be right back, hurry up and eat.

You nodded and started eating as Jack left the room, you couldn't help but wonder where on earth he was going but you were hungry so it didn't matter. After you finished eating you checked your phone and had 11 mentions on Twitter.

L: My turn to give you a gift! 

He sat on the bed while you went and got the box. 

L: okay so I told you specifically to wear black skinny jeans and blue converse BECAUSE 

You pulled out matching blue flannels, one for jack and one for you 

L: I got us matching outfits 

You couldn't stop smiling. 

J: I love them! He quickly put on his whole outfit and you did the same then you tweeted a picture saying #Twinning with my amazing boyfriend (: @jackgilinsky 

J: Babe? 

You looked up and smiled then sat on the bed 

L: yes? 

Jack kneeled beside the bed looking into your eyes. 

J: Lauren I love you so much and I was going to wait until tonight for this but, I don't want you as my girlfriend anymore, I want you as my wife, my lover, my best friend for the rest of my life will you please do me the honor or marrying me? 

Tears streamed down your cheeks and you practically tackled Jack to the ground attacking him with kisses 

L: Yes Jack, god yes I will! 

Who knew such an amazing thing could come from a matching outfit.
