GhostArmor (ゴーストアーマー GōsutoĀmā) is Geiz's Kamen Rider Ghost-based form accessed by inserting the Ghost Ridewatch into the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver, invoking Ghost's Ore Damashii. Its visor spells out "Ghost" (ごーすと Gōsuto), and its shoulder pads are modeled after Eyecons.

In this form, Geiz has the abilities of Kamen Rider Ghost, such as becoming invisible and intangible, and is capable of levitation at will. Through the Eyecon Shoulders, he can summon Parka Ghosts as reinforcements. Compared to his base form, Geiz GhostArmor's stats are heightened, being stronger and faster.

GhostArmor bears the following parts:

Ghost Head Gear R (ゴーストヘッドギアＲ Gōsuto Heddo Gia R)[7] - Ghost Armor's helmet.

Wisp Horn (ウィスプホーン Wisupu Hōn) - The horn located on Geiz's forehead. It detects enemies within a 5 km radius, and alerts Geiz to them. Because of its sharpness, it can also double as a headbutting weapon.

Indication Butterfly (インジケーションバタフライ Injikēshon Batafurai) - Geiz's visor which spells out 'Ghost'. Sensors with a 300° viewing angle are installed within the compound eye.

Pantheon Reflector Frame (パンテオンリフレクターフレーム Panteon Rifurekutā Furēmu) - The frame of Ghost Head Gear R, it is covered with special particles that block energy attacks.

Eyecon Shoulders (眼魂ショルダー Aikon Shorudā)[6] - The shoulders of the Ghost Armor which take the form of Eyecons. It has the ability to summon Parka Ghosts as backup. It is unknown if these Parka Ghosts are actual souls or mere copies.

Omega Breaster (オメガブレスター Omega Buresutā) - The chestplate of the Ghost Armor. It has a function which allows Geiz to levitate and permeate through substances.

Ghost Ability Plate (ゴーストアビリティプレート Gōsuto Abiriti Purēto) - The thigh armor of the Ghost Armor, it gives Geiz the ability to float objects in the air.

This form's finisher is the Omega Time Burst (オメガタイムバースト Omega Taimu Bāsuto). This finisher has two variations:

Geiz performs a variation of the Omega Drive (Ore) kick where his body and mask glow and his right foot is enveloped in an orange flame produced by the Parka Ghosts before he performs a flying kick covered in spiritual energy.

Geiz creates a ball of orange spiritual energy before throwing it at the enemy.

Powers:

Telekinesis: Ebony Maw was able to move and otherwise manipulate inanimate objects to his will to an immense degree, employing this power offensively, able to swiftly send Iron Man flying skyward, to knock aside Spider-Man by sending a billboard flying into him without even looking at him, and to angle away the trajectory of Cull Obsidian after the latter was sent flying at him. His precision with his power was enough to allow him to cleanly slice apart a car hurled at him as well as effortlessly sculpt sharpened spikes out of debris before launching it at the combined might of Doctor Strange and Wong. Maw was also able to use his telekinesis to restrain and muzzle a defeated Thor with panels from the walls of the Statesman. He was also able to manipulate the environment to hinder Doctor Strange's escape, managing to defeat the sorcerer again and knock him out by making use of several structures in the vicinity, such as stop lights. During the Battle of Earth, Maw used his powers to attempt to get the Nano Gauntlet from Black Panther. This also caused a tornado of rubble around him to rise as well, and he was able to use more rubble to form a rock fist around Black Panther in order to get the Nano Gauntlet.

Levitation: Ebony Maw could use his telekinesis to levitate, occasionally using this skill as a means of transportation, even able to make himself hover upside-down. He was also able to telekinetically take people with him while levitating himself, as seen when he lifted Doctor Strange into the air against a wall. Maw also used his levitation during the Battle of Earth.

Sorcerer: As a gifted sorcerer, Maw used magic to help his master, Thanos, easily reverse-engineer and mass produce Pym Particles, thereby allowing the Mad Titan to bring himself and the Black Order as well as his immense army to the future in order to get the Nano Gauntlet from the Avengers.

Abilities:

Pilot: Ebony Maw knew how to fly a Q-Ship on his own, attempting to take one to Titan after he captured Doctor Strange.

Tactician: Although he was not typically deployed in direct combat and whilst not as skilled in tactics as his adopted father, Thanos, Maw was able to quickly deduce his enemies' weaknesses and manipulate the environment to incapacitate them, as was shown when he bound Strange's hands after observing how he used his powers, as well as when fighting Black Panther in the Battle of Earth, Maw trapped him in a fist of rubble to prevent him from powering up his suit with kinetic energy, something Maw deduced in seconds during his fight to get the Gauntlet.
