I hunt, darling. And now, I've found my next prey.

I followed Ballarina with gratefulness caught at the back of my throat. My head turned under its own volition, checking for any pursuers. I was disappointed to see that Ballarina's intervention didn't serve to deter Euphrates in the slightest.

His hulking frame pulled through the small crowds with ease and others simply parted like the Red Sea when he came near. I scuttled behind Ballarina like a freshly born fawn, fear pushing me to act as quickly as possible. The rational side of my brain was attempting to calm me down, and release the high level of adrenaline currently coursing through my veins.

By the time we made it up the winding staircase and to the residential corridor of the massive home, Euphrates was effectively stopped by the no-nonsense security team. Even with his height and girth, Ricky didn't hesitate to keep him from pursuing us further. The determined look that gleamed in his eye as I disappeared into a bedroom behind Ballarina frightened me more than any action or threat Carter ever dealt out.

"Thank you," I muttered at her turned back.

She handed me a shirt and a pair of jeans, a confused look pulling her eyebrows downward. "For what?"

"Saving me...?"

"From what, Devani?" A salacious grin overtook her glossed lips, "was there something you needed saving from? Prime Minister not the talented lesbian she claims to be?"

"I am sure she exceeds expectations in many departments. Tongue fucks? Not so much."

"No. I don't think April, Molly or Adelaide were impressed either. Theresa has been the only one who has given her the face full of cum she dreams of." I frowned, slightly disappointed. "However, I firmly believe that Theresa would orgasm if a cat rubbed against her leg."

"You really didn't see him?" I questioned changing the subject, and pulling my jeans over the suspender belt I wore, my panties were probably in Prime Minister Cornveil's pocket. "The man... the one was walking towards me?"

Ballarina dipped her head in thought, her arms crossed themselves and she paced towards the window. I watched her, breaking contact with her figure only to pull a lacy black camisole over my head after removing the fuchsia colored bustier I wore. Suddenly she turned towards me, understanding lighting her features bright.

"Euphrates?"

I responded with a curt nod, "is that his real name?" a frown pulled my mouth downward.

Ballarina ignored my question. "That must have been Carter's plan all along."

"Carter's plan?"

"Yes." Ballarina answered, "he's been trying to trap you here, there were rumors speculating he wanted to make you apart of the Pleasure House or at least extend your season as a TouchNode."

"H-he... he can't do that!" I exclaimed, "I've done everything that was ever asked of me. I only have 38 days left."

"This is why it is absolutely paramount that you don't do anything to place yourself in danger. However, I'm keen to believe his plans don't follow the rumor mill." She tapped her chin, "Carter is not nearly as easy to read as people fancy themselves to believe. Be careful, Devani, especially now."

"Yes, Ballarina." I vowed.

"Which means... and you aren't going to like this: not running from Euphrates."

"What?" I squeaked, my voice barely loud enough to make a noise. "Have you seen him? The way he looked at me, Ballarina." I shuddered. "I've never seen a man look at me like that before. He frightens me."
