Ruel
I put our suitcases into the cab. Adalyn and I sit in the back seats. We stop at the airport. It's three in the morning and we don't look too good. Adalyn is in one of my jumpers. I wear my own. She's wearing straight leg jeans and I wear some black trousers. I wear my Y-3 bucket hat to cover my bed head. Once we get to the International section of the airport, we check in and drop our luggage off.

Adalyn
I am so thrilled. My right hand holds Ruel's hand while we walk to the security check. Of course some girls stop by and say "hi" to us. We take some photos with fans. We look so tired in the photos.

Ruel
Adalyn and I walk to our gate once we go through security. It's always a pain in the ass taking shoes off at security. You have to put them on quickly. We still have an hour till our flight. Adalyn and I just sit and look at our phones. We chat a little about how excited we are.

Intercom: "flight to New York is starting to board now"

Adalyn
Ruel and I stand up and hold hands. We show the person at the desk our plane tickets. I walk straight to the business class. We sit down. Ruel takes the window seat. After we buckle our seat belts, Ruel and I hold hands. He pulls out his AirPods and I put one in my ear. We listen to his Spotify playlists and jam out together.

We wake up to the announcement. We have landed in LAX. I take a huge stretch and yawn. I slept the whole ride. We travel back one day back, which is so wierd to me. "You have a good sleep?" Ruel asks, smiling tiredly. "Yeah, you?". "I watched a movie then slept" Ruel answers. We get up get out of the plane. My neck-pillow rests on my neck.

Ruel
Adalyn looks cute. She has some hair dangling from her messy braid. My jumper goes down to her thighs. She looks cute even though she's a "mess". She and I wear matching One Star Converse.
We walk to a cafe. "Can I get one chocolate croissant and iced latte, please" I order. " And can I get an iced matcha with a chocolate croissant too?" Adalyn orders. We sit down at a table facing a window. We don't talk much since we are tired.

Adalyn
"I've always wanted to travel with a mate" I tell Ruel. He looks up from his food and smiles. " I've always wanted to travel with you" he says. I blush and smile. I nibble at my food. "I love you to the moon and back" Ruel tells me. I couldn't help but laugh a little. "Hmph, I'm just telling the truth" he says in a pouty face. " Sorry, hahaha! It just sounded cheesy... I love you too. Really, I do". I put my hand on his knee. Ruel puts his hand on mine.
There is 23 minutes till boarding starts.

Time goes by fast and the announcement to the flight for New York comes on. Ruel and I sit in business class again. This time, I sit in the window seat.
I take a bunch of photos as we fly over New York City. Ruel and I take cute photos, some on his film camera.

The plane lands smoothly. We get up and out of the plane. The first step in New York. The air smells different and nice. We finally made it after a long day of travelling.
