Writer: It's 12am and I have school today:() I am dedicated to this lol

Adalyn
   It's been a month since Ruel and I went to NYC. We have been thinking of moving to New York or at least somewhere else. Our choices are NYC or San Francisco. Ruel is sitting on the balcony of our apartment, writing song ideas. I am doing some stuff on my laptop for work. Ruel comes in.
"ADALYN! I JUST FIGURED THE BEST SONG IDEA!"
"Woah okay. Tell me about it."
I smile as I watch Ruel happily dancing around the room.
"It's going to be about travelling with. YOU."
"Ohh that's nice."
   I can't help but smile widely.

It's night and we left the balcony door open. I rest my head on the crook of Ruel's neck. The night breeze feels nice on my face while my body is snuggled against Ruel's under the covers.

I wake up to Ruel's chest. I look up and see Ruel sleeping peacefully. I decide to skateboard to a cafe near by to fetch some brekky.
   Ruel loves anything similar to pancakes. I grab French toast for Ruel, an Acai bowl for me, and two green smoothies for the both of us.
Ruel
   I wake up to the cold air. Where was Adalyn? I turn to the bedside table to grab my phone. Next to my phone, there's a note.

   Goodmorning Ruel! I have gone to get brekky:) xx luv yaa

   I smile at her note. Adalyn is so caring. Ten minutes go by and I hear the front door open. Adalyn comes up the stairs to the second floor.
   "Good morning Ruel" she smiles and sit next to me on the bed. "Good morning" I sit up. "I got you some French toast!" I love French toast with my life.
   Adalyn
   I can see Ruel's eyes turn into heart eyes. I laugh at his excitement. "I haven't had French toast in a while!" He hugs me and mumbles " I love you babe. Thank you". I kiss his head.
   "I also got your "favourite" smoothie" I smirk. Ruel hates green smoothies but all he has been eating the past days are cheetos. He hasn't been very healthy lately so I reckon he needs some greens. "Oh no. What's with the quotation marks." "I got you a green smoothie and guess what? You are going to drink all of it." I smile widely. He makes a long "uhh" sound. "You have to Ruel" "okay mom" Ruel says smiling.

Writer: Hint hint, I might be foreshadowing with the song I put to read with. the lyrics might mean something in future chapters...
