Elements Of Stone

Beginnings

The day I was born was the day I became a disappointment. Nobody liked me, it was because of my appearences and my different behavior. My fur was as red as a rose, my eyes as orange as the sun, and my fur was always 'Blazing' they would all say from behind my back. I handled things differently than others and all my senses are 2 times better than a normal wolf's senses. I never really cared till the day I was banned from the pack.

The Day I was Banned

"Hey, You! Red pelt! Why are you such a freak!" One of the she wolves yelled from the food pile.

They all started laughing at the last word she said. It made angery, it felt like fire was growing bigger inside me. That fire then got to my actions. 

I then charge at the she wolf, Claws sharp, teeth bared, and my red fire ablaze. I jumped on the she wolf, bitting her neck as I Clawed at her stomach. She was wining in pain, it felt good to see one of them suffer under my wrath.

"Flare! You ignorit, little pup! Why did you attack another one of your pack members," Alpha Grayfur yelled, pushing me off the she wolf with all his strength he had left in him.

Yup that was me Flare, the red pelt, ignorit pup. Thats what father called me, I am a huge disappointment to my father. My father was Alpha, or use to be alpha till one of my older brothers took his place. But everyone still calls him alpha.

"You know what Red pelt! I think you should be banned! You don't belong here. Your just a freak," Father said before turning and walking to the alpha cave.

After a few moments Alpha Stone called for a meeting. He stood on the top of the high stone with father next to him. They both seemed to be angery about something.

"As you all know that my little brother has been causing trouble around here. Hasn't he? Well Imhave decided to do something about him. Flare! come under the high stone," He yelled, staring me down as I walked under the high stone.

"I declair, Flare, Banished from the pack! And if you ever set foot on my territory ever again I will have everyone of my wolves hunt you down and Kill you! Understood, Now scat before I chase you out myself!"

I turn around with a surprised look, bursting into a full sprint. I run till I was as far away from the territory as possible. I don't even know how to hunt, how was I suppose to live outside the pack if I don't know how to hunt? Will it be hard to hunt with red fur that blazes? Those were some of the questions I asked myself.

Present Time

Its probably been about three years alone in the forest. Stealing any food that lays dead on the ground and in those three years, I learned that I have the ability to control fire! I really could control fire, it was strange to me because I realized I had a deep, red stone in my chest.

The stone must with hold my amazing fire powers. You maybe wondering why I haven't set my old packs territory on fire! Well that would be mean but I also have plans for when I get catch by them. They will have what's coming to them!

I was eating half of a rabbit in my old packs territory. It smelt like a wolf had just recently ate it, but something was wrong about that area too. It smelt as if that wolf was watching me, lerking in the bushes, waiting to pounce. Crack! I lifted my head to the sound, scanning the area before going back to the rabbit.

Then a wolf just came out of nowhere, I landed on my side. I look up and see that this wolf was different. They looked normal, but something didn't seem right from the way they smelt. It was a black and wolf, her eyes were as purple the setting sun, her touch was gentle and forgiving. She was the most beautiful wolf I've ever seen.

"Who are you? And why are you here," she said furiously.

I response in, "Well umm....She wolf I came to visit the pack that once owned me."

 "Once owned you? What do you mean? If they banished you then good luck! I was actually looking for a new pack and came to this one. They excepted me, I hope they don't find out about my power though." She said stepping back to let me stand.

I realized she had a stone o n her chest like me. Was she one of the wolves I had to find, it was what the moon told me right. To find others with the stones. She must be one with a power, but now does she look normal?

"I was banished, and I plan for them to capture me so I can light their part of the forest on fire!"

"Why would you do that? Aren't they family to you, " she asked.

"I was a disappointment to my family. Alphas son, my siblings from my litter are the youngest, so we can't become alpha. Now if you take me to their camp I will be grateful of you," I said, with a smile.

She nodded in agreement and walked toward camp. Camp wasn't to far from where we met apparently. Their territory must have gotten small since I left. That made me laugh. We finally arrive at Alphas cave, Alpha Stone was inside playing with his pups.

 "What do you want this time Moondust! You've been-" he stops in the middle of his sentence and stars at me and Moondust.

 "Ha! My older brother finally got himself a mate and some pups! How extordinary it is to see he has a family, " I laughed throughout the cave.

 "I thought I banished you! Why are you here Red pelt!" He let out a loud growle.

 "The names Flare, not red pelt. Oh and by the way of you want your family to live and the forest to be green. I want to be allowed back into the territory when ever I want."

"And how are you going to do this. Set the forest on fire, like that's possible!"

"Yes! I have the power to control fire! This forest will be in ash and your family dead! If I'm not allowed back in."

"Then prove to me that you can set it on fire!" He let out a bark at the end of his sentence.

"You'll have to wait and see. Now allow me to enter and exit with out being attacked."

"Never! Your just acting like you have powers! And if you do have powers your just a bigger freak than you already are. Powers are just freaks. No leave!" He yelled before turning back to his pups.

Those last words he said must have made Moondust upset. She knew that this pack doesn't welcome those who are different and can't help the pack in anyway. She just turned and ran out of the cave towards a spot on the ground that had lots of grass on it. 

"Wait! There is nothing wrong with you. YoUr not a freak. YoUr just like me. Someone with powers to help the earth. YoUr just one of the many that the moon told me to find." I said , laying next to her, giving her a nudge.

"The moon also told me I had to find others with the stones on their chests. You must have the element of fire! We should also just leave this territory without hurting anyone, okay," She said standing up and running towards the edge of the territory.

I burst out running after her. Her run was so smooth, she jumped and twisted around objects that got in her way. It was amazing! She was amazing! And she was one of the elements O had to find.

We left the area together looking towards the moonrise. We 're going West to see if we can find others along the way. We got to know each other as we headed west. She had the power of the moon, she was most powerful under the moon, she could also hung for us when I couldn't. We had a great time together, till we reached a different packs territory.
