White as Snow & Dark as Midnight

"Shh~ It might not know we're hear," Leaf claimed. "I've never seen something so white and fluffy. It could be cute but still dangerious."

"Right, Flare you take the lead but walk slowly towards it. Try to investagate," Tsunami said quietly.

I nodded then turned towards the derection of the fluffy. I took a few quiet steps forward then took normal steps. The horses that were blocking the view of the creature had moved making it visible. It was a fluffy, white wolf. It was as white as snow.

From a distance I could hear it talking. "The sky is clear today. Do you it's nice to go run for awhile." I took a quick step forward, my paw landing on a stick. It snapped giving off a loud crack. The wold turned its head to me.

He had jumped at the sound. His fur changing from white to a light gray. I was amazed at the sight. "Ah! Monster stay back! Don't hurt these horses. Leave me be! Stay back," he yelled making the horses stamped away from from him.

"Hey, hey, I'm sorry. I am no monster, I won't hurt you or the horses. Can you come closer?" I asked.

"You promise," he said.

"Promise."

He rushed straight over to me. I could barely hear the thund of his paws. It was strange, ussaully you could hear the thunds of running paws on the ground. He was like clounds, air, even wind. I started down near his chest, a gray stone sticking out from his now white fur.

"I am Flare, and I am the leader of the Stones," I said. "Your name and element."

"My names Cloud, I have the power to control wind and the weather. As long as I'm happy the skies are clear," He said gradually.

"Nice to meet you, Cloud. Now come meet the rest of us." I trotted over to the spot where I had left the others. The slowly came up from where they had layed. "The yellow one is lightning, black one is Moondust, green one is Leaf. The icey blue one is Blizzard, next to him is Tsunami, and finally the the brown and yellow one is Choker."

"Nice to meet you all. I hope you didn't try to injure the horses," Cloud said. "My name is Cloud. The power to control the wind and the weather."

 "We would never hurt horse, their to big to hunt," Tsunami claimed. " And cool power. Glad your joined the pack. "

 "Flare I think it's getting closer to noon, can me and blizzard go hunting for everyone now?" Moon asked quietly.

 "Wait, why isn't Flare hunting with you?" Cloud asks. " Alphas are suppose to help the hunters. "

 "Most of us can't hunt because of our colors," I said shyly. "Before any of this I would scavenge for dead things, hunting was too hard with my height red."

 "Hunting fish was all I could do, fish is gross but it kept me alive!" Tsunami interrupted. "Maybe you can hunt with them Cloud?"

"I don't eat meat, " Cloud says regectingly.

"Vegan? Never met one till now, but he's Moon you can go with Blizzard to hunt, I said tiredly. "No funny business, and we'll stay here till you come back."

"Thanks, Flare. C'mon Blizzard let's go, " Moon rushed into the forest with Blizzard behind her.

I waited too they were into the forest before I layed down in the soft grass. Tsunami, Lightning, and Lead all curled up next to me. Choker just grunted loudly and curled up next to Leaf. Cloud hesitated for a few moments before saying something.

"Can I cuddle with you? And why do you guys do it?"

" We treat each other like family, not foes. And yes you can cuddle next to us. "

He gave a quiet squeal before getting over happily and curled up next to Tsunami. I watched over all their rising backs as I waited for Moon and Blizzard to come back. It had only been about five minutes after they left and I could hear them both howling. Howling for emergency.

"Guys! Wake up as need to find Moon and Blizzard!" I about at them.

"What why?" Choker asked.

"Do you not hear their calls? Their in danger!" I jump over the heep of wolves and rush into the forest.

I followed the went of Blizzard because his went was more fresh than Moon's and it over paper hers. I padded through the trees and down a small path. It wasn't long before I could see Blizzard and Moon huddled close together staring up at something.

it was a dark creature. The size of a bear and it's she glowed red as a good moon. It's teeth bared at them in anger. Moon and Blizzard were both shaking and trembling in fear of this creature. The creature was also not a normal animal you would see commonly, it was different from ordinary animals. It was like a black wisp figure, like the ones in a dream I had a little while ago.
