The medow was still on my mind, all that mattered was that everyone was happy. I just hid the fact that I was in pain and still sad. I easily go over it with everyone supporting me. Nothing in the world was going to stop us from doing our job.

We started wondering into thicker forest. It got dark and hard to see. The bramle and branches that stuck out started getting closer and closer together. To the point that everyone had to form a line behind me because it was so thick.

"Um....Its getting scarier. I feel like something is watching us. Gods please save me!" Lightning prayed.

"Don't worry Lightning. Its just a forest, its just thicker here," Leaf said.

"So? Has anyoe else felt more lost than before we got here?" I ask stopping in the middle of the thin path.

"Yeah! How about we just huddle together and wait out the night. Because I can hear the crickets cherpping around us," Blizzard said, laying down were he was standing.

"I agree. I watch over everyone," I say exhausted from the long treack.

"No, I think you should rest. You have barely slept from watching over us. I think it should be someone else that watches okay?" Moon says nuzzling the side of my neck with her muzzle.

"Fine, Blizzard I guess you can watch over us for a few hours. Then wake some other wolf up so they can take your watch," I moan.

"Got it Alpha!" He barks.

I stare at him in confusion. I guess they take me as their Alpha since They have no pack to go to or live with. I look over at Moon who was growling suddenly. She was in must be in pain.

"Moon! are you okay?" I say trotting over to her.

"I cut my pad a bit but something else hurts. I can't figure out what it is," She growls.

"Just lay down next to me maybe the pain will go away if you just sleep," I said worryingly.

"He's right, Moon! You should rest. Just lay down and sleep," Tsunami said laying down at Blizzard's paws.

The all nodded in agreement as they started laying down and curling up next to one and other. Lightning and Leaf had curled up next to me and Moon. Falling asleep fast as a rabbit could hop. Blizzard was laying down with his head up, turning it from side to side to exam the area before turning down to look at Tsunami who was sleeping next to him.

Only Blizzard, Moon, and I were awake out of the 6 of us. Moon growling continued to get louder from the pain. Blizzard would give me a concerning look when he finally heard her growl loud enough for him to hear.

"Its okay Moon just close your eyes an rest your head. if you want you can lay your head on my neck," I say softly.

"I can try. but can I rest my head on you though," She asks. (I just thought It was Cute when I added this in so don't judge.)

I nod to her and then laying my head down near her front paws. I could feel her head rest on top of mine. I moaned with happiness. I was hard to tell if she was smiling or not, but I could tell she was happy from the offer.

When I woke up, lightning and leaf were huddled a few feet away from me and were closer to Tsunami and Blizzard. Bizzard was licking at Tsunami's eyes to wake her up. All she did was groan. Moon was sound asleep with her muzzle close to mine.

I smiled and tapped her with my nose. She groaned and fluttered her eyes open. "Good morning, Moon!" I said, unwrapping my tail from her's and standing up. "Come on lazy Squirrels! We need to continue walking."
