'Should I wear the sweater, or the hoodie?'  I was trying to decide what I would wear while I hung out with Mylo.  It wasn't chilly, but I still felt like wearing long sleeves. I decided to wear a grey shirt over a light grey hoodie, with sky blue jeggings.  I put my hair in pigtails in front of the bathroom mirror and reinforced them with creme colored scrunchies. I needed to look as perfect as her.  I returned to my room to see her sitting on my bed. "Hello, Gabi." she said.
"Hey, Mylo.  It's nice to see you again."
"Where do you like to spend your time?"
  "Just out on the porch."
Mylo followed me outside and I took in the smell of nature as I opened the sliding door. She and I sat down on the steps and looked across the field of dandelions to the mountains.
"Your family owns all of this land until the fence?" asked Mylo.
"Yeah, they have a lot of money, but they have to both have jobs to keep it that way.  They're almost never home." I replied.
"I feel you.  My older sister is always out drinking instead of watching my bro."
"Well, we always have each other."
  "Yeah."
We wrapped our arms around each other and my face started feeling warm.  My body felt light and balmy, as if floating in the sky inside of fifteen blankets.  If this moment could last forever, I'd want to spend eternity cuddling with the cutest incorporeal being ever.  Her cheek was summery against mine. We stayed that way for a minute or two until she pushed away. Just then I noticed that her cheeks went from a light cyan to a beautiful peachy rose color.
"W-well, I wish I could stay, but you know how my brother is."  She nervously laughed. "S-see you later, Gabi." And just like that, she disappeared.  I stood up, and walked back to my room. I buried my face into my pillow to hide the fact that it was turning bright red.  I spent the rest of that evening lying in bed, and fantasizing marrying her.
