(Hope's P.O.V.) 

"No!" I managed to get out. 

I crawled over to Niall. "Niall. Please no." I put my hand on this shoulder blade. 

"Hope!" Liam said running towards me. He ran passed me and tackled Jeff. 

Tears rushed out my eyes and fell onto Niall shirt. I grabbed his hand and he grabbed onto mine with little force. 

"Niall why?" I asked as I sobbed. 

"I told you..." And he coughed and then Ached in pain. "I told you I would protect you." He managed to get out. 

I smiled slightly, "But no like this. I don't want you to go, I love you Niall." 

"I love yo-" but he lose grip on my hand and dosed off. 

"NO!" I yelled out. "Niall babe, stay me, please." I let out more sobs and held onto his body.

(Liam's P.O.V.) 

Rachel, Eleanor, Danielle, Perrie, and the boys have been at the hospital for three hours. I look in the window to see the Hope hasn't left Niall's side since we got here. 

There were bags under her red eyes and I could see her wet cheeks shine in the light. 

"How are they?" Harry questioned crossing his arms, standing next to me. I Jumped and he smiled a bit. 

"The doctor said Niall's going to be ok. But on the other hand, I don't think Hope will be ok until he opens his eyes." 

He nodded and walked back to the group of people that were here. 

This must of been the worst birthday for Hope. 

(Hope's P.O.V.) 

I haven't slept all night. And I won't leave Niall side. He saved me, I'm not sure how to repay him. I been in the hospital for hours and he won't wake up. 

I let out more tears and just cried. I held on to Niall's hand and felt no force of him gripping into mine. 

I decided to sing a song to Niall. I don't remember the last time I sang. It's called 'Stay' by Mayday Parade. 

I need some time just deliver the things that I need for now

Everything that I feel's like a warm deep calm casting over me

And it's taking me to somewhere new

Slowly lifting me to somewhere new

Since the last time that we spoke, you said

What was I supposed to do

As I finished the song I said, "Nialler, I miss you so much." 

Tears continued to fall from my eyes and I laid my head on Nialls chest, still gripping onto his hand. 

"Niall please wake up babe. I love you." 

After a few seconds his hand started to move. I jumped up and smiled. "I-I love you too Hope." He said regaining energy. 

"Oh Niall." I said letting out happy tears. "Niall, I so glad your awake." 

He smiled, "Your a beautiful singer babe." 

This made me blush. I love the way Niall did this. This made me realize that I Spend the rest of my life with Niall. I truly am in love. 

"I love you Nialler." I leaned over and kissed him on the lips. 

"I love you too Hope." He said. 

(Liam's P.O.V.) 

"Still no word from her mate?" Zayn said. 

"No." I responded looking down at the ground. 

"It will be alright mate." He said patting me on the back. 

I just sat there not saying a word. But then Niall's door opened with Hope running out of it. She had a smile on her face and ran up to me. 

"Liam... Liam! It's awake!!" She said with excitement. I never since her so happy in my life. I embraced her and then we all walked in Niall's room. 

He turned to us and smiled too, "hey guys." 

All our faces lite up, it's really true, I finally have my best friend back.
