She was sitting on their porch when her nanny sat beside her and asked her if she was okay. "Did you know?" She asked, her nanny nodded. Her nanny told her that her parents truly loved her, it was just that they were always busy with their work. She learned that whenever she had a school event, her parents would always watched her videos.
The next day, while they were having breakfast, she told her parents that she wanted to meet her real mother and siblings. Her parents looked at each other and her mother suddenly burst into tears "don't leave us Marie." She ran to her mother and hugged her, "I won't going leave you, I just want to meet her."
They all went to see her biological mother and her other siblings, it was 5 hour drive from their house. Her father parked under a coconut tree, the house was a lot smaller than their home. Her biological mother was too happy when she saw her, she felt a little bit weird when she hugged her but at the same time she felt relief. Her other sibling weren't able to finish college, and some of them already had their own family.
While they were on their way home, she was looking at the car window and thinking how grateful and lucky she was for her parents. Yes they weren't perfect, but they took care of her and gave her everything that she needed.
