"YOU, KID, are really stupid enough huh?" He smirked or more accurately a smile, an umbrella in his hands as he watches the girl hugging her knees to herself. Her eyes were partially closed, her lips were blue and she was shaking. "Did you put a trouble indicator GPS on me, Professor?" She smiled, "it seems like you are always there when I need someone," her eyes were closing.

"Oi kid!" He crouches down causing the umbrella to drop, soaking both of them. He touched her forehead and feel that she was burning up. He slides her jacket on her, covering her from the rain while he carried her, bridal style running towards his car. He carefully plopped her onto the seats before running back to the driver's seat.

When they've arrived back at their apartment complex, as usual, loud noises were heard from her complex. He grumbled as he carries her, "irresponsible parent." Luckily he has gotten used to the stuck keys and she was very light. Too light he would say.

He sets her down on the couch as he went to his bedroom to take some of his pyjamas. "Kid, you have to hold yourself together and take a bath, I can just do it for you but you might report me." She stands up and walks slowly to the bathroom following him. "Get in the tub," he said that and left. A few minutes later, he entered. "Wait!!" She screamed, hugging herself.

"I'm helping you wash your hair. I doubt that you'll wash them when you're that weak." He said, taking a shampoo in his hand and starts helping her. "Does my hair smells that bad?." She leaned her head back looking at his face. He made a face at her and she pouted, splashing some of the waters at him. "Hey! Stop playing or shampoo is going to get in your eyes." He said after he had finished shampooing her hair. "Ah! It's getting in my eyes." She said softly. "Kid, close your eyes."

"TAKE YOUR MEDICINE and stay the night." He said or more precisely instructed at her. She nodded feeling too weak to fight back. "I'm thinking of moving place soon." He informed while he was making them dinner. "About time huh," She tried so hard to sound like she was okay. She had no rights to ask him to stay, it's a shame. She was enjoying his company. It really feels as if there was someone who genuinely cares about her.

"Oh, you were waiting for me to move out? Do you hate having your professor in the same building as you?" He smirked, he seems unaffected by her jokes. Jennie wanted him to feel sad, she wanted him to feel hurt when she said those words yet his face remained calms. "A world-renowned photographer and painter living in a havoc place don't sound so good, yeah?" He continues his cooking and set the dish in front of her. "Let's eat."

After dinner silence was the only thing that surrounds them. Jennie was sketching on her books. "Digital sketchpad." He said suddenly when he saw her at the counters in his kitchen. "Huh?" she looks puzzled, looking at him. Offering her one of my old ones is looking down at her. "You can ask for scholarships at Namjoon's office. Seen your fashion studies grades and you're doing great." he went behind her, looking at her creation's.

"Kid, you do have an eye for fashion. Surprisingly ignoring how short you are, you can actually be a model too." She looked at him confused before it turns into a pout. "I'm well aware that I'm short." She crossed her arms. He disappeared for a moment, coming back into the kitchen with a polaroid in his hands. He aims it at her, "Wh--" he chuckled, "see," he flaps the picture and showed it to her, "there's something in your eyes. That's why I said that you can actually be a model too."

"You're spouting nonsense professor. No one wants me as their model." Taehyung looks at her with his resting bitch face. "I would." There was a silence between them, "kid, even if you don't have an early morning class tomorrow don't stay up too late. Goodnight." he ruffled with her hair before going back to his bedroom. Her mother would fight with her drunkard boyfriend every night and she didn't feel safe to be in the same space as him. She would go back to sitting at the pavement until Taehyung had to drag her inside his apartment every time.

THIS HAS BECOME their daily routine. Every night, he had dragged her saying how stupid she was and the dangers of the outside world. Every night, they would spend time together, eating dinner talking without a care in their world. Jennie felt lucky as she was there to witness him paint one time. His works were mesmerising that it brought inspiration to her to design clothes based on his paintings luckily he said it looked great in his own ways.

Seeing him at day and night were doing wonders to her heart. Especially with the way he treats her minus the ridiculous 'kid' nickname, it seems and she was afraid to admit it, she was slowly falling in love with him. It didn't help with her friends' constant teasing. It's not like he pays special attention to her anyway but they insist that his eyes would search for her if she arrives a few minutes late than usual or if a guy got too close with her. She would call her friends nonsense of course.

This has become their daily routine until it wasn't anymore. He had told her that he was moving and she had forgotten about it. She was saddened of course but there was nothing she can do. "Goodbye, Au Revoir was it? In French." She waved at him with a forced chuckle, looking at the movers moving some of his paintings away from his apartments. "This is not goodbye kid, I'll still see you around." He ruffled with her hair. "Promise me you won't sleep at the pathway again," she nodded. "You're solemn for some reason kid," he studies her expression. "oh, I'm just sad to see you go," she said. He wanted to say something but the movers were calling him. "Go, take care professor." she gestured at him to go.
