The Purple Xenomorph

Chapter 37.

More guards appeared as I carried Supernova through the corridor. As there's more guards in this area of the complex, I must be getting closer to the Queen Mother. The neomorph buried her head into my shoulder as I fired upon the humans, more blood spilling across the floors. Once I eliminated the guards in this sector, I noticed another door. But this one slid open sideways into a small cramped room, the Queen Mothers screeches were the loudest here. That must be the way down to her, with a growl I enter the small room.

There were buttons on the wall labelled with numbers, 1 being the bottom and 4 being the top. This must be level 4, I need to get to level 1. I push the button which causes the door to close, the small room then shook and felt as if we were descending very slowly. Supernova whimpered and looked around the small room, I gently pat her back and shush her.

"It's alright Supernova..." I hissed.

The doors opened to reveal what looked like the start of a hive, oh wonderful. I step out of the elevator into the moist environment, stepping into a puddle of slime and trudging through it. Xenomorphs may enjoy dark and damp environments, but I do not. Not one bit. The Queen Mother roared out, it being very loud as Supernova and I are upon her. The neomorph covered her earholes with a whimper as I stepped onto a catwalk, there was chittering and hissing coming from my left. Turning to face the sound, there she was.

The Queen Mother. She was truly MASSIVE, I was left in shock at how large she was. The Queen Mother did bare much resemblance to my mother with her blue skin tone, but of course she did have her differences. This is my Grandmother, my xenomorph grandmother that is. Looking beneath her I saw the large sack producing the Royal Jelly, and the machines pumping it out of it. Every last detail was to a tee from my dream.

"You heard my cries, young one. Free me!" She chittered.

I huffed.

"No, I don't think I will, GRANDMOTHER."

There was a staircase leading down to the floor where she was imprisoned. I took the staircase down to the nest floor, marching towards the Queen Mother. She squirmed against her restraints, the device clanging with each attempt. Supernova looked to the large Xenomorph with a chitter, hugging around my neck tightly.

"What is this treachery?!" She screeched.

"Didn't you lose one of your Queens perhaps...a few months ago due to an explosion?"

She reared her head back, "You were there when it happened, weren't you?"

I snickered, "I was. In fact...I was the one who killed her, and now you're next."

I grabbed my gun and aimed at her heart, my finger hovering over the trigger.

"You wouldn't dare..."

"Wouldn't I?"

I pulled the trigger, unleashing a stream of bullets at her heart. Acid spilled from her wound and splattered across the nest floor, she went limp as her head hung low. Killing the Queen Mother was a success, now to gain her head as a trophy to bring back to Behsa. Supernova purred at the now deceased massive xenomorph, I put my gun over my shoulder and looked for a way to get up to her. The only visible way to get up there was by climbing the wall, I can't climb with the baby neomorph in my arms. I gently set Supernova down on the floor far from the Queen Mother, her chittering curiously.

"Stay right here, and don't move unless her head bounces towards you. Okay?"

The neomorph just stared at me, I sighed.

"Just stay."

I ran to the wall and launched towards it, my hands and feet sticking as I started climbing. Reaching the same level as the large Xenomorph, I jump from the wall and onto the restraints, stepping onto her body. Supernova down below was squealing and jumping up and down, she seemed either very excited or very happy. I chuckled to myself as I aimed my axe bladed tail at the Queen Mothers neck. If my tail was sharp enough to slice my brothers head off, it should slice off this wench's head as well. Although it may take a few tries since she IS so large.
