Ryo Christi and Nina get to (Y/N)'s house after (Y/N) had Nina get everyone together. (Y/N) fills Ryo and Christi in on the situation. Nina was listening to (Y/N)'s explanation but Ryder walked in so Nina's attention... shifted. (Y/N) continues to explain to Ryo and Christi. All while the background noise is filled with Nina attacking Ryder with questions.
"So, let me get this straight... you find a demon in your kitchen, listen to his life story and then you let him stay in your house?!"
Ryo asks with a war of emotions on his face, (Y/N) nods in reply.
"You realize how stupid that is right?" Ryo asks in a serious tone. "Yeah...?" (Y/N) struggles to try and find some way to spin this so that she doesn't sound crazy. "but-" "but what! YOU LET A DEMON STAY IN YOUR HOUSE!" Ryo basically screams, loosing his temper. "WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO YOU, (Y/N)! YOU HAVE NO IDEA IF HE'S A THREAT! WHAT IF HE KILLED YOU!?" Ryo stands up as he yells.
"What kind of demon are you...?" Nina asks as she interrogates Ryder who is very uncomfortable and pretty pissed off at what he's hearing from the other side of the room. "I-" "you couldn't be any kind of devil, no horns... definitely not a wraith-" completely ignoring Ryder's attempts to explain Nina suddenly gasps grabbing everyone else's attention. "You're an Incubus!" "I'M N-" Ryder tries to shout over the seemingly endless talking. Nina rushes to (Y/N) who is caught entirely off guard as she's wrapped into one of the tightest protective hugs she's ever experienced. Nina glares at Ryder. "If you tried anything with (Y/N) I SWEAR!" Ryo suddenly gets up and joins Nina in protectively hugging (Y/N). "if you've touched a hair on her head-" Ryo shouts, his anger being very quickly redirected. "I'M NOT A F*CKING INCUBUS!" Ryder screams in frustration.
(Y/N) starts having trouble breathing while being crushed by her friends' combined strength. "can't breathe!" (Y/N) barely manages to get the words out while trying to break free from her friends' crushing grip. "Can everyone just calm down!" Christi yells surprising everybody in the room. After a moment of dead silence Ryder just comments "You're, uh... you're choking (Y/N)." he gestures towards Nina and Ryo who quickly loosen their grip. (Y/N) gasps for air at the first chance she gets. "I think we should hear him out." Christi says while gesturing to Ryder. Ryo and Nina glare at Ryder but reluctantly listen.
"Thank you." Ryder says to Christi. "Look, I have almost no idea what's going on. I have no clue what kind of demon I am. I just ran through the opening someone made and ended up here." Ryder explains as calmly as he can. "We still don't know if you're dangerous or not." Ryo says. "You know what." Ryder starts. "You don't have any obligation to trust me, but I am telling you that I'm not going to hurt anyone." Ryder says with confidence and some lingering frustration. Ryo thinks for a minute, crossing his arms. "Hmm... I dunno..." Nina ponders out loud. "I still don't trust him" Ryo says "just cause you say you're not gonna hurt anyone doesn't mean you mean it." Ryo and Ryder glare at each other.
"we're going in circles." (Y/N) chimes in. "I don't know about you guys but I trust him." "I think he means what he says." Christi agrees. "Hmmmm... okay!" Nina suddenly pipes up calling everyone's attention as usual. "If Christi and (Y/N) both trust him, then I do too!" Nina smiles brightly "Wh- Nina! I thought you were on my side!" Ryo shouts feeling betrayed. "Oh c'mon, Ryo. (Y/N) doesn't trust easy... well usually, and Christi's a good judge of character!" Nina retorts "fine..." Ryo pouts.
"Well, this was nice. Glad to know you're fine with me sticking around. I'm gonna go take a nap." Ryder says just a second before he starts walking back towards the guest room. "WAIT!" Nina shouts, jumping from her seat and grabbing Ryder's arm. "GAH-!" Ryder shouts in shock from the fact that a surprisingly strong girl just yanked him backwards out of nowhere. Nina then yanks Ryo out of his chair and holds the two guys in an awkward hug. "You two are gonna get along in like ten minutes." Nina says with a grin. "I don't think so." "I highly doubt that." Ryo and Ryder deny in unison.
