Izuku POV

I look at my hands.

"Oh, I get it. Up until now, I've just been summoning One for All. I shouldn't be flipping the switch off! I just have to leave the power on the whole time." I power up my Quirk.

'Imagining the energy that used to be focused in one place spreading throughout my entire body!'

"Wanna give it a try?"

"Yes! Let's do this!" (Play)

"That's it! Keep One for All flowing throughout your entire body. If you can move around while maintaining this...then you'll be on a completely different level than you were at the sports festival." I clench my fists. "So, kid, think you can handle it? We'll begin with three minutes."

"Okay. For what?" He stretches.

"That's the amount of time you have to try to hit me with a smash." He jumps around, I turn as he kicks me in the face.

'Crap, he's fast.' He continues to jump around.

"Pathetic. If you can't even hold your own against an old man, how will you protect those who're in need?" I try to hit him but miss as he bounces off the back of my head. "Someone praised by the Symbol of Peace himself should be able to complete this challenge easily. No sweat." He jumps around bouncing off of me, I growl powering up.

"One for Al-." He kicks my face.

'I need some time to get it going through my body again.' He continues to kick me around. 'A single hit from him doesn't pack much power, but he's too fast for me to follow with my eyes!' He trips me. 'Come on. I just need a few seconds.' I quickly crawl under the couch. 'There!'

"Don't be stupid. I can still see you. If you're trying to buy time... It won't work." I punch the couch up.

'Now's my chance!' I power up again.

"So you were just trying to keep me off you for a minute. Now that was a good idea." I jump up.

'One for All. Full Cowling!' I swing but he dodges knocking cans down.

"Almost." I land.

'From behind!' Before he can touch me I jump up and land against the ceiling and jump down.

"Smash!" He dodged my hit, my eyes widen.

'He dodged that, too?' He jumped away knocking me into a wall, I land on the ground.

"Your time's up." I sit up groaning.

"Oh, man. It's hard to keep it going like that. I guess I still have a lot of work to do." I rub my side.

"Nice work. You managed to attack me while I had my guard down thanks to your analysis. You must spend a lot of time thinking about strategy and how to fight. You've already grown since yesterday, and this was just our first go at using One for All this way." I think of different strategies. "Alright, not time to rest. Let's keep training." I quickly stand up.

"Yeah! Please! What's next, sir?"

"Something very important. We haven't had any breakfast this morning."

"Huh? O-Oh, you're right!"

"So, why don't you go and heat up those pastries again. They're all ruined!"

"Don't worry, I'll go buy some more!" I run out.

'I've still got a long road ahead, but I can see where I'm going! One for All Full Cowling. That's the next step to making this Quirk my own!'
