I just finished my night shift and walked back to my home through some kind of small forest. when i was walking, i heard a rustle at the bushes. i went near it and looked closely. i awed because i saw a puppy and it was limping. "aaww.. come here.. I'll treat your wounds" i lifted him slowly and hugged it softly. suddenly i felt that the puppy became heavy. "wha-" i gasped and let it go. it became big and it shifted. i got scared and panicked. i fell flat on the ground and looked up at it. the puppy had turned into a big wolf and i was really scared. "AAHHHHHH!!!!!"

I stood up and ran. when i was running, i bumped into someone's chest and looked up at the person. it's a young man around my age. "please! help me! something is chasing me" i pleaded, i sobbed. the man pushed me softly behind his back and turned to the wolf. the wolf stopped and growled at the man. then, it looked directly at me and that made me whimpered behind the man and he looked at me slightly. then he looked back at the wolf intensely and said "she's belong to me". his voice was deep but wet. " youre also in our territory.. remember our deal, little wolf.." he continued. i looked around, i said in my mind "this is not the small forest near my house!! it looked different.."

"i know.." he suddenly said to me. i was confused. he looked back at the wolf and suddenly the wolf shifted into a man, rather a boy actually. i almost faint but i gripped the man's arm, struggled to stand properly. "I just wanna play with her, Mingi hyung.. she's also tempting.."he tilted his head and looked at me while smirking and biting his bottom lip. "oh! where's my manners.. i'm Jinsung from 1THE9 clan.. i just wanna play.. *sigh* i'm sorry, Y/N..." he said while whimpered and I gasped. "how do you know my name?"

he grinned and said "who doesn't know you?! youre his-" the man who protected me raised his hand, signed Jinsung to stop talking. "oops.. sorry, hyung.. i felt lonely.."

"where's Doyum and the other maknaes?"

"oouh! i lost them.. we were playing hide and seek but then i saw her and started to shift." Jinsung grinned. "Go to the others and don't cross the line again.. you know the consequences when Hongjoong hyung and Yongha know about this.." "Alright, hyung.. i'm sorry again Y/N.. i just wanna play.." i am still behind the man nodded, "just.. don't scare me again, pup"

he gasped and smiled widely, "she called me 'pup'! i'm happy" he jumped in happiness and i smiled, the man looked at me and then he looked at Jinsung. "now, off you go.." Jinsung nodded and shift back into a wolf and went back to the place he came from. i sighed. the man turned to me and looked down at me. "thank you for helping me.. i just panicked and don't know what to do.."

he smiled slightly and said "you are no longer at your place.. this is secret forest and a lot of monsters in here.. it is dangerous.." "then, jinsung is only a werewolf, but he's not that dangerous.." "you're different.. you seem to accept these myths creature nicely.." "it is not a myth if what i saw is alive.. and i know what i saw.. i believe what i saw and what i heard.." the man just nodded understanding. "umm .. what is your name?" i asked. "my name is Mingi and you're coming with me.." he replied and suddenly he dragged me and when i shut my eyes, i felt a swift of wind. when i opened my eyes, i saw we're in a living room. "what- where are we?" "you're in our mansion" suddenly a small face man showed up. "what is she doing here, Mingi?" the said man looked at Mingi. "please call the others.. including Jiyeong.."

The other man nodded and went away. "umm.. what is happening??" Mingi sighed, "you asked too much.. your answers will you know soon.."

Seven men and a girl came into the living room. The girl gasped, "unnie!!" she came to me and hugged me. i shocked and pushed her lightly, "pardon.. do i know you?" she released the hug and cried. "of course.. you don't know me.. but everyone in this room know you.."

remembering the incident with the wolf, she replied "i can see that.." the others looked at me with pity. it seemed awkward. the girl went to a man that seemed to be her boyfriend. "Guys.. introduce yourselves.." Mingi said. they sat on the other couches.

"i'm Hongjoong.. the leader here.."
"i'm Seonghwa.."
"my name is Yunho"
"Yeosang.."
"i'm San.. i'm her mate"

"yes.. he's my mate and i'm Jiyeong.."
"my name is Wooyoung.."
"i'm the maknae. I'm Jongho"

"ahh.. arasseo.."

Hongjoong started to say, "Y/N.. we need to tell you something.." i nodded. "we are vampires.." i gasped and stood up. "I KNEW IT" Mingi sighed, "calm down, Y/N"

i exhaled and sat back, "i am sorry.. you may continue.."
"as i was saying, i'm the vampire king here.. and you're my cousin"
"what? that is impossible! i'm a human.."
"you're reborn.. you died hundred years ago.." Yeosang said. my eyes widen, "so, i was a vampire hundred years ago?" Jiyeong nodded and she suddenly said, "your name was Joonyeong and you're my sister.."

"and my mate.." i looked at the person that said that and it was Mingi, he was looking down. "Your mate?" the others nodded. Wooyoung said, "he was very devastated when you died in his arms.. he couldn't take it and he almost-"

"ENOUGH!"

Mingi shouted and it startled me. His eyes turned bright red and he stomped to upstairs. everyone became silent and Hongjoong said, "you can't get out of here anymore, but if you become a vampire, you can get in and out of this secret forest..and the only way to make you remember everything back, to remember us especially your mate, you have to let your mate,Mingi to turn you to became one of us.."
