Author: Hi guys! It's been forever! Ikr? It's been about 2 years now, right? Since I started this story? Firstly I want to apologize for the very long break I took to update. These past two years have been very tough for me. I've been going through a lot actually. Firstly back in December 2019, I was involved in a ghastly fire accident that almost claimed my life. Recovery was hard and scary but I thank God I made it out alive. Just then I thought that'd be the worst thing to happen to me, but little did I know. In September, 2020 my mum passed away. It was the most traumatic and painful event in my whole life. It hurt a lot worse than the fire. Words can't begin to describe how that broke me and my family. So yes it's been really hard. We've all been having one illness or the other ever since and we're still very much grieving. Even right now, I have a spinal condition that's been really hard to manage but I like to think I'm getting better. At the end of it all, I'm still very prayerful and thankful. Again I apologise for the extremely long wait. I understand if you've given up on my book hehe. But if you do decide to come back, thank you and God bless you. I re-edited some chapters not much has been changed but I changed a few things, I was cringing while re-reading this story OMG😭😭 I'm so sorry for the cringe I've put my readers through lmao. So, without further ado, I'll let you get back to cringing so you can finish this book already hehe. I'll end this book in two more chapters maybe. This is my first ever book after all, so I'm not a perfect writer or whatever.
