"Why would you lie?" He asked me with tears in his eyes holding a gun up at me.
"It was the only way I could get closer to Nadia and Hector." I said
"That doesn't matter, you didn't know how I felt when your brothers told me-" I cut him off

After I was done showering I put on my robe and brushed my teeth and walked towards the room. The door opens. It was Jenna. She brought back Jason's bottle.
"Thank you Jenna. Please go home safe." I said
"Ok!" She said and hugged me. I hugged her back. She leaves, I laid down and cuddled with my sleeping baby.
4:26 a.m
I woke up. The shower was on. Joel was home. This late? Again?
I didn't go back to sleep. But I laid back in my position. Finally he comes back down and changed. He walked towards the bed. I picked up my head
"Where were you?" I asked him.
"Y/n. I'm tired please don't question me." He said
"I was worried your son was up waiting for you. How could you not care? Huh? Have you found someone better. Do you not love us anymore.
"Ughhhh" he said. His hands run through his curly wet hair.
"Joel what's wrong?" I asked
"Y/n. I'm not in the mood. Go back to sleep." He said
"No answer my question." I demanded.
He got up and so did i.
"Sooooo?" I asked
"Look y/n. Leave me alone if you don't want me to wake everyone up in this house Nd make you cry. " he said
"Shut up! Our son for the past two weeks has been waiting for you to come home so he can bond with you. All you do is ignore him.. heck you don't even want him to look at you. The one that should be crying is you because your losing your sons love. Fix your shit Joel." I said mad. Tears running down my face. I cleaned them and I heard a soft voice.
"Mommy! You okay?" He asked rubbing his eyes.
"Yes Jason." I said
"Dadda!!!!! You home!!!!" He screamed of excitement. Joel looked at him and then at me and leaves. He slams the door.
"Dadd no love me?" He asked tears running down his face.
"Shhh daddy is just mad." I said to Jason so he won't worry no more.
"Ok." He said and we laid down. He cuddled with me.
"Next morning. I woke up and Jason wasn't in bed with me. I did my morning routine. I got dressed

I put shoes on. I had an appointment today with the doctor. Just as a check up. I went to Jason's room to see if he was there but he wasn't. So I went to the guest room downstairs. I opened the door and there he was with Joel. Joel was hugging him. I went over and called Jason.
"Jason come on! Let's go." I said. Joel woke up. He looked at me. I didn't bother to even look at him.
"Jason come on." I said. I fixed my hair and I pulled him.
"Mommy I'm sleepy." He said
"I know baby but we have to go." I said
"Okk." He said. I pulled the blankets off.
"Go shower. I'll make breakfast okay?" I said. He nod. He gets off and went upstairs. I was about to walk out.
"Y/n" Joel said
I stopped
"What?" I asked not even turning to look at him.
"I won't be home tonight." He said.
"Don't worry we have planes with someone either way. " I said
"With who?" He asked
"A very good friend of mine. He really loves Jason." I said. And I left.
