Chapter 15

I hear muffled talking so I end up waking up and seeing all my members here in my room. My eyes hurts much, lips are so dry, my nose feels stuffy and I have a massive headache. My members notice me awake and come to me.

Wendy: Oh honey...
Seulgi: My eyes hurt...everything hurts.
Joy: Manager went to go get some medicine for you since well you know...
Yeri: Your eyes are so red and puffy.
Irene: Your face is swollen too. Will you be okay for rehearsals?
Seulgi: I'll be fine. Just a mask and everything will be fine.

My door suddenly opened to my manager coming.

Manager: I got you headache medicine, eye drops, a mask, and ice cream for later.
Seulgi: Why ice cream?
Manager: you guys are like my daughters so when my daughter got dumped...well trust me you're going to need it, seulgi.
Seulgi: Thanks, Dad.

We have a small laugh and the girls help me get ready knowing that I'm out of it at the moment.

Manager: Everyone is having breakfast downstairs at the dinning room hall in 1 hour. So when you guys are done head down.
Irene: We will. Thank you.
Yeri: Alright! Joy has nice bath ready for you. Choose any bath bomb you'd like. We already bathed a while ago.
Seulgi: Thanks guys.
Irene: We're going back to our rooms to get changed real quick.
Seulgi: I'll go to your rooms when I'm done then.
Joy: Okay and relax.

They leave and I head to the bathroom and get in the tub. I check the time on my phone it was 6 am. I play some Lo-fi music and look out at the view of the cloudy purple-bluish sky. It was nice kind of. I got a little emotional and started crying again. 40 minutes pass and I decide to get out of the bath tub. I quickly change put on my mask and go to the 6th floor. As the elevator doors were about to close. A foot got in the way and I hear a voice telling others to hurry. I was looking down the whole time at my phone so I didn't pay attention.

???: Do you mind sharing the elevator?
Seulgi: I don't mind.
???: Thank you!

I didn't realize that multiple people started to board the elevator so I look up and see that it was a couple of NCT members. They were also surprised to see it was me. They greeted me and one of them noticed my eyes.

Winwin: Seulgi why are your eyes to puffy?
Seulgi: huh? Oh allergies so my manager got me eye drops and a mask since I have a swollen face right now.
Haechan: Are you sure it's not because of Taey- OUch!
Taeyong: You don't know when to shut up huh?
Jisung: Ah! Seulgi! I wanted to thank you for the chips you gave ME and not Haechan!
Seulgi: you're welcome it was no big deal!

We stopped at the 6th floor and I quickly made my way out. I bow and quickly leave. I almost had an anxiety attack. The girls finished getting ready and we then head down to the dinning hall and start eating. We sat at table not far from Taeyong's. All I can feel are eyes on me and I know who it is I just didn't want to look. Our manager came to us and told us that the van is ready so we can go to our rehearsal. We were in the middle of our rehearsal and Taeyong and his group was after mine and I can feel his eyes on me.

We finished and I rushed off the stage along with my members backstage.

Wendy: How long were we up there for felt like forever.
Manager: 4 hrs.
Irene: We've been rehearsing for four hours? I wouldn't have been able to dance anymore.
Manager: remember you guys were doing vocal checks as well.
Wendy: oh that's right Forgot.
Manager: show is tomorrow! How are we feeling?
