2. Cafeteria

" why they must give us these boring lectures on our first day?  "

Nathi murmured as they were walking to cafeteria .

"So why you call her ideal type guy Mr. Cliff hanger gaze in physical form ?" Ellen want to hear rest of the story.

" ooh... that... He always give me some sort of gaze that makes me curious about what's going inside his head " Charlie finished story telling in one word so that Nathi won't spill out anything weird.

Nathi smirked at her since she understood why she didn't let her finish it.

" Nathi , I saw him looking for me this morning" Charlie reported what happened in the morning.

" Did you see him LOOKING for you? How did you understood he was looking for you "?

Nathi don't believe a thing even if she see something with her own eyes. Especially she never believe about someone's feelings unless they confess it.

"He must be simply looking around.. . You are too much optimistic Hoodie. .. And this world don't want soft optimistic girls like you . You have to be little selfish and harsh and....blah blah blah....." Nathi kept advising.

" There you go nagging again "
Charlie smiled.

They bought two coffees and some snacks and went to a free table. Charlie never drink neither coffee nor tea .

"Isn't that guy in green t shirt looking at Charlie?"
Ellen noticed someone looking at her.

"Who ? Ooooohhhh.....
That's our Mr. Cliff hanger gaze in physical form " Nathi started teasing her again.
When Charlie looked at him he suddenly looked away.

*sigh*
"What is he scared of ?"
Charlie thought.

"Why is he looking at her with such a serious face ?" Ellen is still new to the club.

"Elli, this is simple. He always look at her with no expression. When she looks back he will look away. And the most funniest part is if she look at him when he isn't looking at her , within count of three he will surly look back . It's what going on for almost a year now. " Nathi explained the situation.

"No wonder I never knew" Ellen giggled .

" Nathi is wrong Elli... there is more of it... she didn't tell you all... you know..." Charlie felt a bit embarrassed to tell that she never had ever spoke a word to her crush for the last one year .

She is waiting for him to talk first.

She is still waiting.
.
.
.
Waiting again.

That day also ended waiting again for a single smile.
Why can't he just smile at her ??

As she told , Even I am curious what's actually going through his head ???

What's going through his mind when he almost everyday follow her to her home ?

What's going through his head when he filled almost every page of his dairy drawing her pictures ??

What's going through his brain when he waits outside of that restaurant which she works as a part time chef until she finish her work by midnight and go home ?

But isn't it more fascinating to wonder what's happening within her when she already knows absolutely everything he do and still waiting for him to talk first ?

Isn't it far more mysterious  how Charlie shifts to Lady Luke when she enter her  Dark Palace through the secret door , inside the  Kitchen of that five star Restaurant  ??
