4. The Assassins

" There are 64 assassins caught from different areas today,  your highness... "
Ellen reported .

"Bring them " Lady Luke commanded.
The vicious QUEEN sounded like a Half dead Dragon growling before it's final breath.

Ellen,  Her faithful slave, was looking at her eyes while she was eliminating all those 64  assassins.

Even when Lady Luke rained most cruel words at them,

even when she satisfied the wrath of her short barrel firearm,

even when she retreated to her throne holding head up in pride.

Lady Luke is also curious.

She began to describe people instead of using their names??!!

Charlie smirked from some corner of her heart...

"He have a name i guess " she kept her roughness.

Ellen tried teasing her.

"You think so ?" She suddenly sounded like that bloody Lady Luke.  Her Eyebrows stood up like a viking machete.

"Anyway how did you hide about something this important ? "
Ellen already knew 'why' she did it.
She want a natural life.
She want to live as Charlie.
She never want " Lady Luke" to meddle with Charlie's life.
She had to go through so much in order to create Charlie.
She had to do so much to live as a cripple .
She will protect Charlie and anyone related to her.
Because Charlie is her choice while Lady Luke was her fate...

Lady Luke replied,
"I think you are in No position to ask 'HOW I did it'    Elli...
You and your 50 people shadowed me 28/5...
And , Ellen , You Lieutenant General under The Untamed Queen of Zerpus Kingdom was always with me .
If you had failed to figure out a little boy ,
Yeah,then I will laugh at it..."

She continued;
"Why are you all pale Elli?
Nothing went wrong here.
You think I'm still a Queen if I can't hide a little boy from my own people?
Aren't you questioning my ability?"

"Never your Highness, How dare a slave do that ?" Ellen lowered her voice than usual.

" And Elli I wonder why you ask it .
I'm the Queen and hiding a simple thing from my slaves isn't a big deal...
While you , born as a slave , had been hiding your sexuality for 10 years now. . . And that from a Queen"

Ellen did a 90 ° bow again and said
"Thank you for allowing time as your friend. Now I'll excuse myself your Highness".

There she goes again...
Why she didn't took a Boy role in school?
Maybe she is a girl .
But if that so why she asked whether she can act as my Boyfriend in my school?
I did reject that idea since I don't want to ACT but LIVE there.
Otherwise she would have been a Boy there.
Why hiding it like that?
First of all I had told her to retire just like me...
And all she did was following me to school  .
If she loves and cares me that much why can't share a secret?
And she corrects me whenever I refer her as 'he'.

Her thoughts just went on.
It was Ellen's choice to join her.
Charlie never wanted Ellen to remain in the group..
Charlie wished that Ellen also will be able to live a normal life sometime...

That was a long day. She returned by early morning only. It was for the first time she took that much time.
She had an important meating with allied Dukes by midnight.
When she came out , she saw only one or two people inside the restaurant.
She suddenly remembered him and ran out to check where is he.

Is he still waiting?
No way!!!
It's past midnight ...
Already early morning to be precise...
He can't be waiting. ..

She ran out of those long hallways inside that big restaurant.
She ran as fast as she can...
She came to entrance where he usually hide himself...

HE IS THERE!!!

Her heart Jumped for a tight hug.
Her eyes filled with some love drops.
She felt like being loved like anything.
She felt the warmth which that cold throne couldn't give her .
It felt warm inside for the first time ever.
She wanted to talk to him.
She wanted to tell him how she feels.
She thought, maybe it will feel more warm to hold his hands, which he is rubbing against each other to get rid of cold .

He is walking round and round to keep his body heat.

He is there,without telling a single word, without throwing a simple smile.

He didn't see Charlie looking at him.
When he looked at her she was already out and seemed waiting him to go home.
As if she knows he is there...

When He saw her, even without looking back at him she started walking home.
She felt like they are going together.
She felt like they are walking in hand in hand.
She felt like she can hear his heart now.
Maybe wondering what happened to her .
Maybe asking why late.
Maybe trying to say Be strong, or keep going or hold on.

They reached home ...
When she reached, she stood there...
While he was still walking behind her  ,
She suddenly turned.
She looked into his eyes.

He was surprised...
Damn Really surprised...

He never expected that to happen.
He was too careless.   ...

She is looking into his eyes...
She felt like her heart is going crazy.
Running like anything.
She got butterflies in her stomach.
Her cheeks got red for the first time.

Charlie suddenly turned back and went up to her room.

Her heart was still slipping some beats.
For the first time it felt hard to look into someone's eyes..

But why he didn't had any reaction?
Why he makes no noise while walking?
As if he is trained to do that??

Charlie is confused....
