Peeta P.O.V

I went back to the hospital to get Willow and Rye. They ask me where I went and what happened. I don't think I should tell them, maybe I should just say that she went on vacation or she went to the Capitol to talk to Paylor. I don't know what to do....

"Daaddy where ish mommy?" Willow asks

I just look straight. Focus on driving Peeta not Katniss. Clearly she ran away from you. Just......just don't let it bother you. Take care of your children first before yourself.

"She went to go visit a friend in District 2." I say back

I brought up Gale *slap cheeks* stop thinking about katniss leaving you for Gale peeta.

"Daddy why ish you slapping yourshelf?" Rye asks

"Uh.... Daddy's trying to wake himself up..."

We finally get home. I unbuckle Rye and Willow out of their car seats and grab their belongings. I walk up to the front door and knock a couple of times. The kids are jumping up and down pulling on my pant legs. Hopefully they don't fall down.

Delly opens the door and the kids gasp and stop playing around.

"Daddy jhis isn't mommy." Rye says with confusion.

"Rye this is my wife, Delly."

I take a step in and kiss Delly.

"Hi sweetheart! Who are these lovely children?" Delly asks in a motherly and sweet tone.

I turn to look that both Rye and Willow are standing still, not moving. Yet they're still stand outside in the cold.

"Guys what's wrong." I get concerned and walk to them.

They take small steps back.

"She isn't mommy.... We can't trust her." Willow says with now a clear but still toddler voice.

"Why can't you trust her guys?"

"She's the one who hurt mommy..... and us...."

I turn to Delly.

"Dells what are they saying?"

"How am I supposed to know? I just met them."

"SHE'S LYING!"

I turn to see Rye. His face is red with anger.

"She mad mommy mad, sad, and she.... she....."

Rye runs. I go to chase after him but Delly grabs my hand.

"Let him go."

"What are you saying? That's my son out there in the freezing cold!"

Willow runs off too. Probably chasing after her brother.

"Delly let. Go. Now!"

She releases her grip and i run.

I can't spot them anywhere. For toddlers, their good at hiding.

"WILLOW! RYE! WHERE ARE YOU?!"

I don't get a reply. I search for hours until I finally go home....
