Viktor is a bit of a... interesting person, so to say. He does whatever he wants really, whether it is good or bad, but more so towards either neutral or a bit more mischievous. He is pretty care-free, and not afraid to express himself due to his high confidence, as he doesn't really shy away from the spotlight. He would rather stay in the background though too, but it's a bit difficult since he loves to interact and be social, as well as being an earl in his kingdom. Even if he DEFINITELY does not act like the proper well groomed man he should be, despite all of his family's teachings. He is instead rather stubborn, a bit cunning and really quite wild, much preferring riding horses bareback, sleeping under the stars, and anything that would be interesting for him really. He does deeply care for his father and sister, as they do love him just as much back, while it is rather different with his stepbrother and stepmother. In certain situations though, he will be the proper earl, but if not you would most likely find him out and about. Vik is also an open-minded and blunt individual, but despite this it seems almost as if he is..keeping something. He loves contact, even if it's just familial or friendly, and is a flirt. I mean, an actual flirt, as in he won't hesitate to get physical with his interest in someone, no matter the race or gender, but will be aware of personal space if the person is too uncomfortable. Even if his interests can become a bit... obsessive if you exceeded his high-ish standards, not that she shows it too much anyways. He is good at keeping his mouth shut when needed though, and knowing when things should and shouldn't be shared. People do also mistake him as a girl sometimes, which he doesn't exactly correct as he finds it interesting to see the aftermath when they realize he is actually a guy. Though, he is definitely way stronger than what his appearance suggests, especially physical wise. All in all, Viktor is a confident and free kind of guy, who... may have more to him than what he shows on the outside.
