"Hey Jieun help me get a cup of coffee!" Jaehyun shouted.

Jiyun looked around, finding the person Jaehyun had called. Nope. There's was no one called Jieun. Jaehyun looked at the girl angrily as he walked down to the dining hall.

"Hello! I told you to get a cup of coffee for me!" Jaehyun stopped right in front of the girl. Jiyun was taken aback by how loud he was and immediately scooted away, preparing the coffee.

She came back quickly to serve the coffee while stating "It's Jiyun by the way." Jaehyun just scoffed and replied, "At least I got the Ji right."
Jiyun held back her eye roll and walked away.

Jiyun was in the kitchen doing the dishes when she heard the royal family having a conversation.

"Jaehyun, would you like to meet the princess from the kingdom of—"

"No mum, I just want a new bow! Mine is broken!"

"Jaehyun, listen to your mother. We aren't young anymore and we need you to take over the kingdom soon! You can't find anyone to marry, we're just trying to help!"

Jaehyun banged the table. Jiyun was shocked. Was this how royalty supposed to behave? How could a prince be so rude and spoilt. Jiyun was sure their conversation continued but she did not want to be eavesdropping.

She continued on with her daily chores: mop the floor, hang the laundry......

"Jiyun!"

Jiyun cursed under her breath. What did this kid want now?

"Why aren't my shoes polished?" Jaehyun questioned.

"Sorry prince, I'll go do it now!" Jiyun apologised.

"You better do it well! This should have been done yesterday."

Jiyun knew well enough that it was supposed to be done yesterday. It's just that the shoe was already shining clean, what more did he want her to do? Jiyun looked at the pair of shoes before polishing it. When she went back to return the shoes, Jaehyun had given her a long list of things to complete.

Jiyun sighed, looking at the list in her hand, then at the list hung on the wall. How was she ever going to get through this?
