After a few hours I got up and saw Danny had emerged from his room. I was surprised to see Mat there after he completely abandoned me. I made a mental note to have a chat with him about that later. They were eating dinner.
"Are you just going to stand there or are you gonna eat?" My aunt asked me. I blushed a little and stepped into the living room.
"Hey everyone... So who cooked?" I asked.
"Me" Danny said... and I walked into the kitchen to find some food.
"Hey!! I can cook!" He said.
"No, you can't" I replied laughing a little at his face. I settled on some cereal.
"So Mat can I talk to you privately?" I asked once I was done. And in a voice that told him he didn't have a choice in the matter.
"Sure?" He said looking a little worried.
He followed me outside... and then he said something that completely caught me off guard,
"Listen, did Angela say something to you? I swear it was only one kiss!!"
I stood there with my mouth hanging open. He kissed Angela? My best friend (or so I thought).
"WHAT!!!!" I screamed
He grimaced and said,
"I don't think that was it, was it?"
"NO!! HIW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?? How could SHE?" I screamed at him as I started to cry. My heart felt like it was in halves.
"Baby, I'm sorry. It's just that you haven't been your self lately and she was willing to have..." them his eyes widened at what he said. And then my mind filled in the blanks.
Oh. My. God. They had sex? My best friend slept with my boyfriend??
"Get OUT!!! We are DONE!! You hear me you bastard? We are SOOO DONE!!! I took a lot of shot from you but this is IT!!! You get off my property and you DONT COME BACK!!!" I exploded at him.
And I mean literally exploded... their was a force that felt like it came shooting out of my chest. And Mat went flying and fell at the door to his car. And then he peeled out of my drive way.
I stood there tears still streaming down my face and staring at my hands.
Then I heard someone clear their throat and said,
"I think it's time we had a chat"
I turned around to my aunt standing in the door frame.
