F-Flowers?!

The Truth.

Maddisons POV

At school the next day, I got a few concerned stares from people because I hadn't put my extensions on. Today was the day I was going to tell the class. I met Aizawa outside the classroom. He told me to come in when I'm ready. I'm pretty sure everyone is in class so I take a few deep breaths and pushed open the door. The flowers were on the opposite side on my face to them, so when I faced them I got a few gasps.

Bakugos POV

She stood upfront of the class. She didn't have her extensions so everyone saw her flowers. She gave a weak smile then started to speak.
" So, I'm sure a lot of you are wondering why I have flowers growing on my face and why I wasn't in yesterday. "
She paused. I could see through her smile. It looked like she wanted to run away and cry.
" W-well , I have this disease called 'Hanahaki'. It's from thinking the person I have a crush on will never like me back. The day before yesterday, I had a doctors appointment on it because it is possible you could. . . D-die from this. "
She was shaking. I felt like something bad was coming. . .
" A-and w-well. . . I-I was off the next day because it's not what we wanted to hear. . . "
Her eyes were getting watery.
" I-I'm g-going to die I-in a-about 3 months. U-unless my crush confesses to me. Which is very unlikely, or I get a surgery to remove the flowers, but that will also remove any important memories along with my feelings for this person. "
She was shaking. Tears ran down her face. I was frozen. I couldn't move or speak. It was like time just. . . Stopped.

Maddisons POV

A lot of people just stared with worried expressions. Some were almost crying. But the one that struck me the most was Bakugo. He just sat there. Not moving. He was pale and had a blank expression. I sat down behind Deku and he turned around and started to comfort me.
" You think he knows Deku? "
" He could, sometimes Kacchan isn't as oblivious as he seems. . . "
Class carried on as usual and it was lunch soon as I knew it. I sat inbetween Deku and Bakugo. A lot if people from class came over and wished me well. After school, Deku took me ahead with Todoroki, before Bakugo catches up.
" Soo. . . We have an idea, Maddie. "
" What is it? "
" You'll see soon! "
We walked a little slower and Bakugo came up to me. He held my hand again. I didn't mind and he didn't say anything.
" So. . . Me and Todoroki wanted to do something with you , Maddie. "
" What is it? "
" We wanted to go out for dinner for, Y'know, you being so brave and telling the class. "
" That would be wonderful!! "
" You wanna come too, Kacchan? "
" Sure, nerd. "
We walked home together, chatting. Bakugo occasionally would slip a question or two about my crush into the conversations. I ignored his attempts and he soon stopped, realising he isn't getting anywhere. I got home and made some cheesy pasta while waiting for my dad to get home. Then it hit me.

We are basically going on a double date.
I coughed into my hand. There was a lot of blood and. . . A whole flower?! Oh great. Let's just hope it doesn't get this bad while we are out. . .

(( Sorry it's so short, but I finally finished writing this. Some reason it took me forever. Next one will be good, promise!
Also, if there are any spelling mistakes or words that don't make sense, its cause of my new phone, (it corrected Kacchan to jackhammer)
