You know what I don't understand, straight high school boys and girls in relationships. So a week ago I was in my theater class and there's this group of straight girls who I sit with because I have to and they were talking about relationships. They talked for a while and then one of the girls said "Omg my boyfriend wouldn't stop talking to her! Like, I thought he said he was over her!" then I asked "Have you like.... talked to him about this?" and she replied "umm.... you obviously don't know how relationships work, you don't tell your boyfriend stuff like that." WHAT!!! You most definitely do!! How horrible is her boyfriend and how untrusting is she?! Also, I feel like for straight girls the bar is so low. Like there are girls in my school who will take any dirt bag only because he's cute. That's not what relationships are about! One last thing, I also feel like all high school boys just want girls for sex any that's it. Nothing else. No commitment, no cuddles, no real romance just straight (no p(h)in intended) to doing it. And it is amazing to me that girls just except that. They deserve better! See my best friend Lex has a boyfriend named Bren and they actually like each other, and have meaningful time and conversations with each other! They're a real couple and I love that about them! Anyways, thanks for reading this and I'll send you another secret when one comes around! See ya!
