Daehyun:

In the great words of Alyssa Foley. Fuck this shit.

These past two days have been tiring. Most of my AP classes are in full swing, but my extra curriculars are slow. Going over the basics isn't my favorite thing to do.

Sadly almost every class finds a way to, bore me. I'm already ready for Thanksgiving break. Even if it's about three months away.

After school student council isn't any better. I sit there and paint props or run lines. And yesterday I had to sing with one of the cast members. I had never felt more embarrassed. Mostly because my voice cracked and everyone started laughing at me.

My face had turned as red as blood. But don't imagine that because it's absolutely disgusting.

"Daisy, could you tell me what I did wrong?" Snapping out of my thoughts I look towards the calculus problem on the board.

"You added the third row of matrices to the first row. When you were supposed to add them to the second row then divide it by the first row." I reply voice shaking out of a nervousness, hoping that I was right.

"Completely correct!" He says smiling widely. Then he continues to work out other problems for the rest of the students to understand.

AP or college calculus wasn't something that I look forward to. But all my pre algebra courses prepared we well enough. So failing won't be a problem, but all the writing was not going to be thrilling.

What I hadn't expected was for Kino Woods to be in a college class. I know you shouldn't judge a person before you get to know them. But honestly he just looked so dumb. I couldn't quiet put my finger on it. But it screamed unintelligent.

Yet, he seemed to keep up with us just fine. Spiting out the correct answers when Mr. Strong called on him.

The bell rang and I grabbed my things and left. I quickly started heading over to the dance studio, across from the gym. Even though only about four men took this class. I still found it incredibly comforting.

Once I get into the studio I start to change into shorts and a t-shirt. Being early, is nice. Because it means that no one is there to oogle your body.

Soon after I change and start to stretch, more students being to pile in. Peeking through them I see a small head of brown hair and blonde tips. Smiling I call out for DQ. He walks over to me and puts his things down. As he changes, he starts to rant about his day. I smile to myself and continue to listen.

After we stretch for about ten minutes Me. Lee comes in and tells us that he wants to evaluate us. Just so he can understand what we excel in and what we struggle with.

So we start off with ballet. Which is not my strong spot. But I'm not awful at it. Once we finish, we move onto jazz, tap, contemporary, and my favorite hip-hop.

"Alright class, I want to see how well you freestyle." Mrs. Pearl says smiling.

Suddenly a pop song comes on, and each of us go. When it's my turn, I start off slow and once I get the general idea of the flow, I being to relax. After about a minute Mrs. Pearl turns off the music. And the students start clapping before she shuts them down.

"My my, you definitely have the spirit of a dancer! What's your name doll?" Mrs. Pearl asks voice full of excitement and smile full of encouragement.
