Chapter 11

Jessicas PoV.

As Willa gave Addison the necklace that had been sat aside for centuries now, I was watching Wyatt. We had our first interaction only a few moments ago and what can I say.

I was not really friendly towards the wolf but hey. He was the one that growled at me in hallway at school!
It was just revenge. I had to focus on protecting Addison while Zed was not here to do that.

"No!"

Shouted someone and I immediately turned around to see from where and who this shout was coming from. As I looked at person I realized that it was Zed who had just crushed his Wristband with a slam against the stone wall.

He was holding his wristband while he went to Addison. He stood in front of her protectively.

"Addison! You don't want me to zombie out okay?! So stay back and get you safe along with Jessica!"

He groaned and as I looked at Addison. Her face was covered in confusion and slight anger.

"No Zed..."

She tried to hold him back from attacking the werewolves. I looked around as the werewolves began to snarl and their eyes started glowing. It looked like they were about to start this fight.

"No werewolves stop it!"

Shouted Addison which caused them to snarl even more at Zed. Addison then pulled her boyfriend away and looked at the werewolves. She growled and finally everyone stopped fighting. I glanced over at Wyatt who leaned against a stone wall. He had been watching the whole scene from there.

I went up to Addison and Zed. My instincts told me that I have to check on them after this incident.

"You two okay? That was rough!"

"Yeah we are. Thank you Jessica for asking and being worried about us"

Addison hugged me while she was giving Zed a meaningful look. Zed was fixing his wristband again. It looked like those wristbands where keeping him from fully becoming a zombie or said in other words. Those wristbands are keeping them away from their true self.

I sighed as I decided that I would let the two be and walk around the den a little bit. I was getting interested in how the werewolves are living in the wild. I mean they had been doing this all their life and they don't know how it is to live in a real house. That was kind of shocking to me.

I made my way more and more into the direction of Wyatt. I did not notice that until I stood right in front of the boy with his brown hair and the blonde strain.

"I was just looking around the den. What I said earlier was not really nice. Sorry"

"Yeah I am a werewolf not were-dog. There is a fine difference. But it is okay. It is not like we are friends or something"

Then the earth began to shake and in the distance you could hear slight explosions.
