"Hey Kohona, hey Wataru!" The two men, both players on Bokuto's team, behind the desk waved back at him. They were concentrating on something on the desk.
"What are you guys doing?" Bokuto asked.
Kohona, the older of the 2 answered,
"I was teaching him how to sign in people".
"Wasn't Askaashi supposed to do that"?
The two players behind the desk looked at each other, until Kohona spoke up.
"Uhh, he, um, isn't feeling well" he said with a awkward smile.
"Okay, well, I was just getting a tag for my friend's dog", he said gesturing down to Mavis.
"Cute isn't she, he name is Mavis" he said with a proud face. "Oh yeah, and this is Kuroo".
"Hello". Kuroo said. Both of the boys kind of just stared slightly waving.
"Well anyways, we will be out of your hair soon" Bokuto said while walking into the back of the store, kuroo trailing behind.
"Yeah, some of my teammates work here, Askaashi, our setter, was supposed to be here today", he shrugged and went back to working on the tag.
"They didn't seem to like me much" kuroo said looking a but sad.
"Really? Oh, hadn't noticed, I'll talk to them, you are my friend too", Bokuto said with his usual cheerful smile. Kuroo just smiled, and went back to designing the tag.
After a bit of work, they finally finished the tag, it was black with scattered purple glitter and bat wings. Bokuto took the tag out of the machine, got down on one knee and said,
"May I?"
"You may" kuroo answered in a horrible girl voice stopping Bokuto in his track causing a small giggle.
Bokuto put the tag on to Mavis,
"Well you look just beautiful".
"Well, we spent a pretty long time here, we ought to get going" kuroo said pointing at the clock on the wall. Bokuto shook his head and the four left the shop waving the other boys good bye.
Once they got outside, it was raining. Its didn't bother them much, but they had forgot their umbrellas. Bokuto's white shirt had clung to his body, letting some of his pale skin become noticeable. That's all Kuroo could pay attention too. The same for Bokuto, his shirt had gotten wet, but it was black so you could see three it, but it did outline his lean body.
Once they got to Kuroo's house, Bokuto decided to speak up. The whole way home they only spoke a little, talking about when they will meet next.
"Umm, well, I guess I'll see you later. I've got a practise game tomorrow so we probably won't be able to hang out" Bokuto said looking away.
"Huh, me too. Who are you up against?"
"Uh, I think it's a team called Nekoma? Not sure".
"Hey that's my team, I guess we will be seeing each other!
Kuroo then went up to Bokuto and hugged him, then ran into his house waving good bye. Bokuto stood outside in shock of what happened. He blushed as he walked away from Kuroo's house.
