After a short period of time Ellie woke up.

"Stupid alarm clock!" she groaned.

Then she brushed her teeth, took a shower and called Paul. When she spoke to him, he sounded like a speaking mummy.

"Good morning sleepy piggy. Are you ready?" said Ellie affectionately.

"What time is it?"

"The time that you should have been ready."

"Oh shit... Ok be here in ten."

"Alright, I will." said Ellie and ended the call.

She packed some more things such as food, drinks, water and some candles in case of a power outage. So, she got in her car and drove to her boyfriend's house. After a lot of knocking, Paul opened the door with a towel around his waist.

"Am I late?" he asked.

"Just dress up and we will get to the cottage right on time" she answered.

"Ok, give me five more minutes."

"Yeah, yeah. I can handle the always belate Paul. Don't worry."

"Thanks."

She didn't answer. She was just looking at her boyfriend's photos. They were showing his mother, father and his elder sister, with which he didn't talk anymore. After the divorce of their parents, her sister left and never came back. They pray everyday but there's no point. She may have been kidnapped or killed by someone. This is the dark page of Paul's family and he never wants to give a lot of information about this incident. Ellie saw a drawing with Paul's signature on it. "Oh my God, this is so beautiful. Why didn't he tell me that he draws so well. Ah.. he is so modest!" she thought.

"Ellie are you ready to go?"

"Oh, you are fast... Let's move."

The couple got into the car and the journey had begun. The trip was fascinated. There were lots of trees and beautiful wooden houses. Everything looked amazing and the view drew their attention. When they found their way to the cottage, they settled in and they lied in the bed on the second floor. The house was really old and imposing at the same time. It was all made of stone and it had also lots of windows. The garden was amazing and so was the view. The couple chatted for a little before they fell asleep.

"Paul, this house is wonderful and the scenery is breathtaking."

"I am so happy that you like it. I was sure that this house would freak you out."

"No, no. It's just what I expected it to be. Peaceful, away from the city and the crowd, away from everything..." and then Ellie fall asleep.

"Sleep well baby." Paul whispered even if he knew that he wouldn't receive an answer.
