Clints plan

Natasha POV:

I followed Clint as he pulled me away from the house, I was mad. There must have been a problem. Percy was such a sweet child, I'd never seen him look that hurt or scared.

The way he flinched at the mans touch made me furious! I saw him ask for help, but of course Clint didn't and he was just a stubborn man. As we walked back to the car she I to explain to him what she saw.

"Clint, you were there you have to had seen what happened!" I yelled at him, he just shook his head,
"Natasha, sally was a good person she wouldn't let anyone bad near Percy" he protested as we reached the car, it wa some of Tony's large limos, we (all of the avengers) are going out for dinner and me and Clint were going to bring Percy and intrusive him to them, but that didn't go to plan, I sighed and opened the back doors, I got in and crossed my arms and legs, clint followed behind and I rolled my eyes at him.

"What's wrong triple imposter?" Tony said with a small chuckle, he hadn't used that nickname for a while he was obviously proud he remembered it,
" Clint here is so oblivious to the most subtle things" I said sharply as the car started to move,
"Come on, Tasha you know Percy is completely safe" he said in a matter of fact tone,
"Oh don't be so sure, didn't you see the way he flinched, he asked for help, but of course you didn't realise!" I pointed out and all eyes where on me, cap looked nervous, so did Bruce. The others looked suprised that I really cared so much,
"Who is this Percy?" Thor asked.
"Our godson" Clint said, they looked shocked, tears started to sting at the back of my eyes.

"Really?!" Tony asked,
"Yes that's why we wanted to intruduce you guys to him, he's all alone now with his stepfather" I said, I eyed Clint giving him a stare that told him that we would talk more about it later. "But for now why don't we go have fun, me and Clint will figure all of this out later" I said as I looked out the window, they all nodded.

That night I didn't stop thinking about Percy, i was extremely worried, but I tried to have as much fun as I could.

Clint's POV:

It was the next day and me and natasha sat at the kitchen table, arguing about what had happened yesterday, and soon I realised she was right there was something wrong, how could I have been so stupid not to notice?

I sighed, we would have to help him but how,
"Natasha we don't have any back up proof and if we take him away it could mean jail time for us.... what should we do?" I asked, she was staring at the wall a couple of tears rolling down her cheeks she just shurgs,
"I don't know.......Clint what if he's really hurt....what do you think that mans doing to him?" This was one of the first times anyone has seen her like this, the emotionless asssain was finally letting some emotions through her filter,
"He will be alright we'll make sure of it" I promised.

Half an hour went by until I got a plan, it was simple, we were going to brake into his hous and watch what happens then we'll report back here give it a week so Gabe thinks we trust him and then come back to save Percy.

Natasha agreeed that it could work.
We were borrowing one of Tony's cars, we would stay hidden, make sure little Percy was alright.

Natasha shot up and walked towards the elevator,
"Hurry up brid brain, we've got a mission" she smirked lightly, as I scrambled up out of the chair and into the elevator next to her.

We travel in comfortable silence, only starting to talk once we were about half a kilometre away, revising the plan over and over again,
"remember no hurting Gabe yet" I reminded her, she just nodded. Once we pulled up, our car carefully parked a few houses away to make sure Gabe wouldn't be supiscpus.

Natasha got out of the car and I followed, we stayed in the shadows, they got around to the back of the house, luckily sally had given us a spare key and kept it. Natasha walks up to the door and starts to open it quietly, I follow behind her and once we're inside, I look around for the vents I remember hiding in been Percy wanted to play hide n seek.

I pulled Natasha down the hall as I started to climb into the vents she followed knowing what I was doing. We started to hear a loud grunting noise and we guessed that it was Gabe.
"Get here you little shit!" He yelled at the top of his lungs,
"Yes sir..". We heard a little Percy whimper, we watched as he came running out of the room, as fast as his little legs would carry him, he had a small bandaid on the top of his head looks covering it completely, I gasped and held back tears,
"Good you've cleaned up!" Gabe started, waving a beer bottle around in the air, Percy flinched "stop being such a whimp, go get me a carten of beer from the basement!" He yelled, Percy nodded and ran down stairs.

I looked over to Natasha who was obviously holding back tears aswell,
"He'll be safe..... we'll get to him in no time" I reassured her as we left, not being able to take anymore
