I wrote you a poem
It isn't very good
But I needed you to know
What went on in my headI needed you to know
That I'm falling for you
And every time I see you
My heart cracks a little moreI wanted you to see
How much you mean to me
Everything you do, you say, you feel,
Is precious to meI had to let you know
That you break my heart
As you cry and cry
A little piece of me diesI want you to know
That I would die happily
If I knew you had escaped
From the ordinary, plain worldI wish I could fly
Because I would fly you so far away
You would never have to live
In this hellish life againI know that if you read this
You won't know it's for you
And that's okay to me
I'm not quite ready to tell you

PoetryI wrote poems regularly for about two years to get me through a particularly hard time on my life, and here they are. (Don't read if swearing/possible triggers are a problem for you.)
