Y/n Pov

I started humming a song that was stuck in my head, after going to a party with some of the more popular girls, I wouldn't say I was friends with them but we talked.
The boys looked at me weirdly while I was humming. I looked at them while they looked back at me still humming.
Teddy glared at me as if challenging me to sing, I glared back.

"You accepted the challenge" I snorted then started singing the bit I was at.

"Sweet dreams are made of this, who am I to disagree, travel the world and the seven seas, everybody looking for something, some of them want to use you, some of them want to be used by you, some of them want to abuse you, some of them want to be abused" I went straight back to humming after my little singing session, the boys clapped making me laugh.

"Where'd you here that?" If I tell them I hanged out with the popular crew would they care? or be pissed? 

"I um- I went to a party a little while ago" The boys looked confused but not in a bad way.

"You went to a party, with people, Miss I want to destroy the world?" I stuck my middle finger up at Teddy making them all laugh.
I put my hair into a ponytail as we all stopped. I looked at a hill looking down at the royal river.

"Gentlemen and lady" I smiled at Chis and tapped him over the head making him laugh, "The Royal river" I looked down the road seeing the train tracks completely dodge the river

"The tracks go out of the way" I said wondering what we would do.

"We cut through the woods we will be there in an hour" I nodded as Vern shook his head.

"I think we should stay on the tracks" insisted Vern.

"Gordie, Y/n?" I nodded as Gordie agreed, we all started running towards the river against Verns yells of protest.
I walked in the forest having a look at the trees coming across the river.

"How we going to get through this?" I looked at Vern and looked at Teddy, he gave me a signal to take this one.

"We'll turn you into a raft let us grab some sticks first" Vern glared at me making me giggle. Chris grabbed a long stick poking the river barely going in.

"It's shallow we can just walk across" I nodded and started walking with everyone else. I yelped as I fell into the whole thing, I resurfaced and wiped my hair away from my face taking gasps of air.

"I told you we should have stuck to the tracks" I looked at Vern and glared.

"No one asked for your input" Vern looked at me 

"I suppose this is fun for you?" I shook my head and looked at Teddy who was creeping up behind Vern.

"No, but this is" Teddy dunked Vern into the water, I started laughing.

"Teddy act your age" I heard Gordie say, I tensed up as I felt something round my waist before calming down seeing Chris's face nuzzled into my shoulder.

"What do you think you are doing Chambers?" He smiled into my neck telling me 'shush', I lightly laughed.

"I am acting my age, I'm in the prime of my youth, I only ever be young once" Chris cut Teddy off.

"But you will be stupid for the rest of your life" Teddy turned and looked at us , I moved my head to the side showing him Chris

"It wasn't me I swear" I put my hands up in surrender, Chris pulling them back down making himself comfortable.

"Well L/n your are about to see me kill your boyfriend" I nodded my head, untying Chris's arms making him hold on tighter, I moved out of the way as Teddy charged him, feeling the air hit my cheek. I snorted not needing to look behind me knowing those tow were play fighting, I started walking with Gordie to get out not wanting to catch a chill.
"Hey L/n, Lachance where you going?" I looked over my shoulder.

"I'm cold" I said as I started shivering I got up and out the water getting pulled back in by Gordie realising there was a doggy pile.

"If I am getting strangled so are you" I looked at him and raised my eyebrows

"Kinky Lachance" Gordie started blushing while he was looking for something to say, but something wriggling caught my eye, I looked at Vern and saw something on his neck.

"Vern-o there is something on your neck, am I going crazy?" Teddy looked and shook his head.

"Nah it's a leech" My eyes widened as I looked at the boys them looking back at me.

"LEECHES!" We all shot straight up and started stripping, honestly I didn't care I just want to get the bloody leeches off of me.

"Y/n there are some on your back" Shouted Teddy

"Get them fucking off me you four eyed pile of shit" I shouted he came over and rubbed them off my back, I looked at myself seeing no more, I smiled in satisfaction.

"Oh shit, oh shit Chris." I heard someones voice breaking I looked at Gordie who was looking down his pants, I got a chill down my back when he brought his hand back up covered in blood and a leech hanging off his fingers, I felt a rising urge in my throat as I tried not to puke. 
Gordies eyes went to the back of his head as I looked at him, everyone rushed over to him.

"Gordie, come on Gordie man" Chris tried getting him to wake up, I saw the blood on his fingers remembering what just happened, Gordie just started waking up.

"I'm gonna hurl" I ran over to a tree and held on to it while this mornings breakfast came back for revenge.

"You alright?" I heard from Gordie. I looked at him and shook my head.

"Am I alright, you just had  a leech hanging from your balls, and you are asking if I am alright? You're a saint my boy" I leaned over again as I puked liquid.

"Y/n nice ass" I gave Teddy the bird making them laugh.

"Can't say the same for you"  I said chuckling.

"Don't know what you are talking about I've got a great ass" I started laughing as we all got redressed, I started looking around for my shirt, thinking Teddy might have it I walked over to them.

"Hey Ted?" They all turned around and they all started blushing while Chris looked away coughing and rubbing his neck, Gordie found his feet very interesting, Vern didn't know what to do, and Teddy just stared.
"Do you know where my shirt is?" he shook his head and looked at everybody else that looked around confused.

"Why would I?"

"I don't know just thought-" He nodded as I walked back over to the river looking for it, I couldn't have thrown it that far, could I? I looked on the river and saw my shirt in the water just floating there. 

"Dammit" I murmured under my breath.

"Hey Y/n have you found your shi- oh shit" the boys found their way beside me as we looked at my poor shirt.

"What about your other one?" Asked Chris.

"That one was my only spare and the other one is torn up from the train" I huffed and decided on what I should do.

"Hey Gordie how fast would you have to be to grab that without leeches?" I asked.

"Quite fast, why?"

"You heard him Vern in and out be a hero" I said smiling Vern looked at me shocked.

"No way! You wanted to come down this way and stray from the tracks"

"Pussy" I started walking away the boys questioning me.

"You not getting it then?" Asked Chris as well started walking towards the road.

"Never said that" I turned around and took off running jumping back into the river, I heard Teddy and Chris cheering, Vern screaming and Gordie nodding his head in approval, I grabbed my shirt and started swimming back, I got out and looked at myself.

"No leeches!" We all cheered as I pulled my top on, it being see through due to the river.

We are getting close, I'm coming Ray
