Y/n PoV

I walked over and grabbed my stuff which was now soaking, I'm gonna have to clean this then dry it now I groaned as I walked over to three of the boys, I looked for Gordie seeing him sitting by a tree, I walked over to them hearing the conversation.

"I think Gordie should go back" Chris told Teddy, I shook my head looking at the said boy who was now staring off into space.

"Who are you his mother?"

"He has a leech hanging from his balls man!" Shouted Chris, they both started fighting till Vern chimed in.

"I think we should go back as well" I shrugged my shoulders and walked over to a tree sitting knowing this wasn't going to end well.

"Wow Vern you are the worlds biggest pussy" I looked over at Gordie who looked like he was gonna kill somebody.

"Don't call me that" finely backbone pussy

"Pussy, pussy, pussy-"

"Your four eyed psycho" Vern jumped on top of Teddy and started hitting him.
"Two for flinching, two for flinching!" I looked at Gordie who had started mumbling under his breath, here we go.

"STOP IT!" We all looked at Gordie who was glaring, I tried to stifle a laugh from his need to look intimidating. K.O
"I'm not going home" we all nodded and stood up, I don't know why Gordie needed to see that body so badly, I think we all did, I wasn't ecstatic to see him, but I knew that it would make me grow up. I didn't want to grow up but I did.

I looked at the train tracks that went through the Back Harlow road.

"This the back Harlow Teddy?" Teddy nodded, me, Chris and Gordie took the left while Vern and Teddy to the right. I looked around my heart beat in my ears, Chris came and wrapped and arm around me, while we kept walking looking for him.

"He's here! I found him look!" My breath hitched as I walked over to Vern looking down into the ditch, seeing a leg.
We all walked down Gordie moving the branch, Ray wasn't sick, he wasn't sleeping, he was dead.
I felt a cry try to escape my throat as I looked away with my hand over my mouth.
Gordie went and sat down and Chris went to comfort him while we all started collecting branches and that to bury Ray.

I heard a car and looked behind me seeing Ace and Eyeball come out of no where oh shit

"What the fuck you know about this?" I looked at them and backed up

"Son of a bitch my little brother" Said Eyeball, Ace looked at me so I glared at him, his eyes turned dark.

"You weren't planning on taking the the body from us, were you kids?" Said Ace as he started walking up to us

"You get away, we found him first, we got dibs" I looked at our stuff searching for the gun not finding it.

"We better start running Eyeball. They got dibs"

"We earned him!" I shouted.

"You guys came in a car, that's not fair he's ours!" Teddy said backing me up.

"That's not fair, he's ours' well not anymore" The older boy mocked, Chris grabbed my waist as he brought me over to the little huddle that had been made as he pushed me behind him.

"There are four of us, Eyeball, you just make your move" Said Teddy, my words were caught in my throat, I didn't know what to do, I have never felt this helpless before.

"We will, don't you worry" I heard leafs crunching and looked to my side up the small hill, the cobras came out of nowhere.

"Vern, you little son of a whore" Shouted Vern's brother friend. "You was under the porch"
