After school:
At the Boys' Hangout Apartment:
Kevin and Mason began to prepare Hayley's party, Kevin hid the hole with some flowers he made with his Plant-Manipulation power. Mason could read Kevin's mind because he had access to it before it and he realized that Kevin is thinking about Raven most of the time.
"Hey man, is everything okay with you?" Mason asked.
"Yeah, why wouldn't it be?" Kevin said smiling.
"You're anxious, your thoughts are like saying all of it." Mason said as he was hanging up "Happy birthday" sign above the heater.
"Get out of my mind, Mason." Kevin said looking at him.
"If I was that desperate to know what happened between you and Raven, I would have read your mind from the first second I knew you were hiding something." Mason said smirking.
"Just help me get the balcony ready with lights and the flowers, and then you can go see your girlfriend." Mason said laughing.
"Stop calling her that." Kevin said as he was laughing and moving to the balcony.
"Do you love her?" Mason asked as he was putting the flowers.
" I don't know to be honest but what I know that I really like her." Kevin said as he was helping Mason.
"What about you and Hayley? What are you going to do about Alex when he finds out about you and her?" Kevin asked as he was starting to put the lights.
"I like Hayley and now I know she feels the same, but Alex can end all of us but I don't think his junky ass will do anything so I am going to leave that thought until it actually happens." Mason said as he was helping Kevin with the lights.
"Who do you think is the chick though?" Kevin asked curiously.
"Probably a junky like him." Mason said laughing as he tests the lights and turns them on.
"Let me know if Raven heard anything yesterday, so I could get ready for my apology speech." Mason said.
"Don't forget to invite her to the party." Mason said loudly as Kevin was leaving.
At Hayley's and Raven's Apartment:
Kevin's POV:
I entered the apartment by my spare key, everyone in the circle has a spare key. I kept looking for Raven everywhere but then I realized she never woke up and she is still sleeping on the couch. Raven is crawled in the blanket like a baby, I decided to wake her up for Hayley's birthday party.
"Hey, princess?" I said I was tucking her hair behind her ears.
"Ah, what time is it?" Raven said as she opened her eyes a little bit.
"Oh, its 6 PM, princess," I said smiling.
"Oh no, the school and Hayley's birthday." Raven said tiredly.
"About Hayley, she isn't in the apartment she is with Angelita getting ready for her birthday party." I said.
"Birthday party?" Raven said as she got up.
" Yes princess, you should consider wearing something else other than your pajamas to the party." I said as I kissed her forehead.
"I'm tired, ahhh." Raven said as she tried to crawl back.
"Oh no, princess she is your best friend. You are going." I said as I carried her to the shower.
" What are you doing? It's too cold. " Raven said as she laughed and I opened the showered on her.
