Episode 9; Black Eyes

Raven left Kevin without an answer, and by doing that she hurt him badly. Kevin left to go to his dorm and Mason waited for Hayley beside her locker till she got out of the classroom. Hayley walked towards Mason looking upset, he was concerned so he asked her if she is okay.

"Is everything okay, babe?" Mason asked Hayley.

"Yeah, why?" Hayley said while opening her locker.

"You look upset." Mason said.

"I am just worried about Raven." Hayley said.

" We all are, babe. But everything will be okay the ancestors told us." Mason holding her hand.

"It feels like it's my fault, I don't know why Alexander was acting like that. I hurt him not you. not Kevin, and most certainly not Raven." Hayley said.

"It's not your fault, he was in our life before you guys even dated. His mind is fucked up and he doesn't even know what is he doing." Mason said.

"Speaking of him, did you get any hint on where is he?" Hayley asked.

"Uh no, but I am going to his dorm to search it later." Mason said

"We should go together it might help Raven a bit." Hayley said.

"Yeah, you are right." Mason agreed.

"Now can we go to my apartment and watch a movie before going to his?" Hayley asked smiling.

"Sure, luv." Mason said putting his arm around Hayley and walking towards the exit.

In Raven's room:

Raven's POV:

I like Kevin but I don't know why I did that, why did I run away? Something is different for sure. Maybe I should text Kevin and apologize and try to make up for it. I am feeling deeply low, sad, and this anger inside me, as if it wants to get out but doesn't know how to. I went to open a drawer that is in my room that is full of memories that sadden me but that is when I got a group text from Mason saying that we are going to go to Alexander's dorm and search it. I got ready fast to go before anyone else. I didn't notice that Hayley and Mason are in the living room and I had to make an excuse.

"Oh hey, Raven we didn't know you were here." Hayley said smiling.

"Yeah, that is because you didn't bother to search." I said.

"I am going to get coffee and meet you guys in the dorm." I said leaving.

Of course, I'm not getting coffee.

Hayley's POV:

"She hates me now." I said.

"No, she doesn't. She has been your best friend for a while now, she is just having a hard time right now." Mason said.

"I will go get my purse while you pack the popcorn and the drinks in the trash." Hayley said while she stood up.

"Fine." Mason said as he packed the stuff into the trash.

We were about to leave but that is when we heard the telephone ringing from the living room Mason went to get it. It was Kevin he was calling to check if someone was already in Alex's dorm. Kevin asked to be on speaker.

"You both still didn't leave the apartment?" Kevin asked.

"We were about to leave but you called." I said.

"So if you are still in the apartment and the dorm's door is open, who the hell is inside?" Kevin said.

"Wait it might be Raven, she left 10 minutes ago." I said.
