Caribbean Sea

Jack had ordered to drop anchor, since Pantano river was too shallow for The Moon to sail through. It had been a nice sunny day, but unfortunately the sun started to set as they arrived. It wasn't ideal for them to head out as night started to fall, but they didn't have much of a choice since time was gaining on them. Jack was instructing everyone on the main deck as they prepared to leave ship.

"Can't you go tomorrow?" Anna asked softly. Elsa could read the worried expression on her sister's face.

"Time is of the essence." Elsa mumbled and sighed. "I'm sorry, Anna."

"I know I couldn't possibly convince you to stay." Anna smiled weakly. "Just be careful, we don't know anything about this woman or this crew, for that matter. And... I just got you back."

"I'll be fine." Elsa said reassuringly, she placed her hand on her sister's shoulder for a brief moment then she passed her and walked over to Jack, who had positioned himself in front of the railing while facing the crew. She placed herself next to him and listened to what Jack was saying. "I will be leaving Hiccs in charge while I'm off the visit...her. Bunny, you'll be coming with." Jack ordered.

"Isn't the first mate supposed to be in charge whenever the captain leaves?" Bunny remarked sarcastically as he shot Jack a glare.

"Merida, I'm trusting you'll oversee my captain's duties while I'm off?" Elsa asked as she gave Merida a nod. Merida was caught a bit off guard by her captain's request but agreed to do it. "Uh, aye. I'll keep 'em in check."

"Apparently, the first mate policies don't apply on this ship." Rapunzel whispered to Bunny who was standing next to her. She had tried to apologize to her captain over and over again, but it seemed like Elsa had lost interest and she kept acting cold towards Rapunzel. She was glaring at her captain as Elsa was speaking to Merida, but Elsa didn't even bother to make eye contact as she assigned her duty over to Merida, whom had no leadership experience. "Tell me about it." Bunny whispered to Rapunzel.

"And you," Elsa turned to look at Flynn, who's eyes widened in surprise. "You'll also be coming with me." Jack was surprised as well and immediately turned to Elsa. "Are you out of your mind? I don't want a member of the company there!" Jack said in a loud whisper.

"Neither do I, I don't want him anywhere! But letting him go isn't an option either. So I need him where I can keep an eye on him!" Elsa muttered while her and Jack's backs were facing the crew.

"It's best if we leave him here. He's harmless, he can't stand up to an entire crew." Jack reasoned.

"So I suppose we could leave your first mate here as well." Elsa whispered and raised her eyebrow at Jack. Jack sighed and whispered "No, we cannot."

"Ah, just as I thought. You don't trust him either." Elsa mumbled and grinned at Jack. "So forgive me for not trusting this..." Elsa struggled to find the right term as she glared at Flynn.

"They can't go five minutes without arguing, now can they?" Kristoff chuckled as he nudged Anna. Anna shook her head as she watched the two of them bicker silently.

"Rider!" Jack exclaimed as he turned around.

"Yes, sir?" Flynn said, his answer sounded uncertain. You could tell the former lieutenant had difficulty obeying the orders of a pirate.

"Lower the longboat." Jack said. "The rest of you are dismissed."

There was a tense silence as they rowed through Pantano river. Flynn was the one using the oars, pulling and pushing to get them to move forward. Jack and Bunny sat in the back while Elsa was seated in the tip of the boat. She studied her surroundings closely. To her the Caribbean swampland had an eerie feeling to it, especially as evening started to fall. Although the sun was still up, it wasn't of much use because of the large amount of trees that covered up the remaining light. Elsa rested her hand on the gun in her sash with her middle finger close to the trigger incase something or someone decided to surprise them.
