This is a few days after the Curtis' parents died.
*Ponyboys POV*
I haven't eaten, slept, or talked to anyone for 3 days. All I've been doing is crying my eyes out. People have come in but I just ignore them. I just wish Mom and Dad were here.
*Johnnys POV*
The Curtis brothers haven't talked to anyone at all for the last few days. I mean I wouldn't blame them. Their parents just passed away. When I walked in the Curtis house, Two was watching Mickey Mouse with everyone except Pony.
"H-hey guys were is Pony at?" I mumbled.
" Oh hey Johnny. Pony is in his room, you can go see him but I doubt he'll come out. We haven't seen him in a while. " Soda said.
I was a little surprised considering Soda hadn't spoken to anyone in theater few days.
" Thanks Soda. " I said.
"No problem Johnnycake." Soda replied quietly.
I went to Ponys room and knocked.
"Come in" he quietly said.
*Ponys POV*
I heard someone knocking.
"Come in." I replied quietly.
It was Johnny.
"Hey man, how are you doing?" he asked.
I couldn't take it. I burst into tears.
" I'm sorry J-johnny" I said quickly wiping them.
"Hey it's ok. Let it all out." Johnny said as he sat next to me.
I leaned my head on his shoulder and he wrapped in a hug.
"Its ok baby." he said.
Wait what?
*Johnnys POV*
"Its ok baby" I said.
Shit! I didn't mean to say that! Uh...HELP!
"Sorry Pony that didn't mean to come out of my mouth." I cried.
"It's fine Johnnycakes. Can I ask you something?" Pony said.
" Sure anything. " I said.
"Are you ok with gays?" he asked.
I was perfectly fine with 'em. Hell I loved Ponyboy.
"Yeah why?" I replied.
"Because I like- no I love Johnny Cade." Pony said.
" I love you too Ponyboy Curtis. " I replied.
He kissed me. I was shocked at first then kissed back.
"So....does this mean we are boyfriends now?" I asked.
"If that's what you want us to be then sure." Pony replied.
"Ok."
